She definitely has a beautiful skin but honestly every body talks about how to have a glowing skin while they are talking about their skin care routine while I see no glow! It's only good skin. Asians like korean or japanese do have glowy skin in my idea. but not every body who has flawless skin glows!!
Glow isn't just about having dewy skin, it can be more of a natural radiance, like even skin and flushed cheeks. For example when people say that a pregnant woman glows :)

Also chemically exfoliating 3 times a week is too much. Use it once on Monday and maybe again on Friday. If you keep stripping your skin, you’ll start to strip new skin at the surface and ultimately your skin will be more prone to sun damage.
