I first saw and heard Googoosh back in 1979 in the movie "The Long Night". Since then I like her and her songs. Farsi is a very melodic language. I worked in Iran for several years and I still have the warmest feelings about this country and the Iranians.
Today's Iran is unfortunately what it was prior to 1979 and has been hijacked by a terrorist theocratic oppresive regime. The government in Iran has no qualms to torture, execute and even rape the very Iranians in the Iranian prisons, killing peaceful protesters and even shooting down civilians airliner, so on and so forth, hijacking and abducting Iranians abroad , killing them or bringing them into Iran and execute them, that is obviously terrorism. I started listing to Googosh, since I was in elementary school in Iraq, all Iraqis like Googoosh, and she was invited with other Iranians singers, like Star, Nasrin ..etc to visit Iraq back the end of 70's for the Independence Day celebrations, she was interviewed and sang on Iraqi TV program, it was such a unique time.❤

این آهنگ موزیک سریالی به نام طلاق بوده که در سال ۱۳۵۶ تهیه شده و به شرح ذیل است:
طلاق (مجموعه تلویزیونی)
طلاق نام یک مجموعه تلویزیونی ایرانی است که در سال ۱۳۵۶ و به کارگردانی «مسعود اسداللهی» ساخته شد و ازتلویزیون ملی ایران پخش گردید.
خلاصه داستان طلاق
مجموعه تلویزیونی «طلاق» در ۹ قسمت ساخته شد و معضل طلاق را در جامعه شهری، موضوع داستانهای خود قرار داد. این مجموعه تلویزیونی، شخصیت ثابتی داشت که خبرنگار یک مجله بود و با تدابیر خردمندانهاش، همچون مصلح و منجی خانوادههای از هم پاشیده، پیوندهای از هم گسستهٔ زناشویی و خانوادگی را دیگربار گره میزد و صلح و صفا را به خانوادههای پرتنش بازمیگرداند. عناوین ۹ قسمت این سریال، به شرح زیر بود:

۲- عروس
۳- طلاق و تنهایی

A brief note on the past history of this song:
This song was the main music of an Iranian T.V. serial movie called "Divorce" which was produced in 1977 as described below:
Divorce (A T.V. Serial movie)
"Divorce" was directed by Masood Asadollahi, and it was broadcast by the Iranian National T.V.
The Divorce was produced in 9 parts (seasons), and it embraced the issue of divorce in an urban society as the subject of its stories. This T.V. serial had a unique character who acted as the reporter (journalist) of a magazine, and by his wise arrangements, would connect once again the already disconnected marital and family relationships, and separated families, thereby brought peace, like a reformer and savior, back to the afflicted families. The titles of the 9 parts (seasons) of this serial movie were as follows:
1. Distance
2. Bride
3. Divorce and loneliness
4. Prisoner
5. Dead end
6. Escape
7. Addict
8. Marriage portion
9. Return
It is worth mentioning that some of the sequences of this serial movie, particularly the scenes of the judiciary locations, were filmed factual and documentary, and they were not cinematically produced.
