Thanks for your comments. Yes, Fayetteville, AR is consistently among the top most affordable places to live in the nation. Not because we have a bunch of cheap houses but because the average wages combined w/cost of living etc. make the dollar stretch a bit further. We tried to make ID work but it was out of reach for what we were after. :)
