No it's not necessary.Attest your bachelors degree from HEC or IBCC first then you can attest it from MOFA. HEC attestation is compulsory before going to MOFA

1_Salaam.Bhaya according to my information, aisa hy ke Apki Jo most recent degree hy wo apko attest krwani ho ge jo ke MPHyl hy.. But ap apne sath Deeger Sub degrees , metric, fsc, bs etc ki sath leker jain ge to show them, not for attesting. Attestation just most recent degree ki ap ko krwani ho ge..but Sub degrees original ap ne apne sath lazmi leker jani hy HEC to show them...
G bhaya apko pehle apni university se attestation krwani ho ge, phir ap HEC se krwain ge...

No it's not necessary.Attest your bachelors degree from HEC or IBCC first then you can attest it from MOFA. HEC attestation is compulsory before going to MOFA

matric aur fsc dono bise say verification ho chuki hai, lekin mene IBCC k liye sealed envelope nahi lia.. Mujhe pata nahi tha.. Just verification is sufficient for IBCC or sealed envelope is mandatory.

Its not compulsory. You can send your blood relatives (brother,cousin,uncle) for attestation as well. Best of luck 🤞
