  • The Lekato company reached out to see if I'd be interested in reviewing this pedal for them.

    Although the recording can be tricky at first, once you get the hang of it, it's rather nice! Loopers help for practicing phrases as well as timing. This one actually has a built in tuner as well! Pretty cool for under $60!!

    whenever i play over the top of what ive recorded it sounds odd like the two channels are fighting each other?

      It may help to switch pickup selections or turn down before you play your rhythm part

      I turn down the rhythm track after recording it and also play lead in a different range on the guitar than where your rhythm track is played. If I play chords at the 3rd and 5th fret, then I lead up at 7th fret or higher and change pickup to get a different tone.

    Hi. Thanks for the video. Could you please check if the tuner feature works good with bass guitar?

    don't think I'll buy after reading the comments, I'll pay a little More & buy a used Boss, trouble with cheaper makes, you really don't know how long it will last, I got a boss overdrive pedal from 1982 that's still working today! granted, they don't make them like that anymore but the circuitry should be premium which usually goes first on cheaper alternatives

    • @Homestudiosimplifed
      @Homestudiosimplifed  Před 4 lety +1

      Totally understandable. I would say that as of now... this pedal is still alive and well. It certainly is no Boss, but even those pedals don’t have quite the same features.
      However, it ultimately is up to you. I do know that the company has a very good return policy if anything should go wrong. But like I said, it’s up to you man.

      Yes their business model seems to be to give away free to 200 CZcamsrs who all have an affiliate link. Who all rave about them. Common sense tell you that if their is an affiliate link they will not say too much negative (if anything) because they will receive nothing from the company next time around. Or from other companies who are scouting for pitch men.Sell them cheap with no service after the sale. Affiliate marketing never stronger on a product. I was approached by a company a couple years to do this. I turned them down. They got me blocked from giving any reviews on my Amazon account. Tried for quite a few months to correct. Never did. They somehow linked me to a review that violated policy. Apparently was violent? I never reviewed anything.Not one review!. Two years later and over one hundred communications with Amazon and still cannot post a review.These people are sociopaths.

    What sucks about this unit is, you have play along with the same “tone” as the recorded loop tone...can’t change the lead tone, so far as I know...

      @@Homestudiosimplifed Actually I retract my original comment...you have to place the looper at the end of your "effects" chain...in my case, I am using BiasFX on an iPad, so it was tough trying to do that...but I did it...now I just have to get used to punching-in without the loop sounding like shit.

    Poor customer service, you can not find information about troubleshooting. Not recommending it. Worked well one day, and next day the beat is super fast, or to slow, no way to change it or have the one used day before...

      They gave me a new one. The first day it worked very well and I was happy. The second time I used it, it started to flash and suddenly only the letter "U" appears on the screen like when I connect it to the PC but this time without connecting it. He didn't answer anything.
