Jeffrey, thanks for the compliment. As for the hood star, according to AR850-5 the tip of the 15" Hood Star would be 1-1/2" from the dash. However, later Invasion Stars were a mix of the old and new with circles, a 20" star with an aspect ratio of circle to star of 5:1 would mean a circle of 4" width, this is the largest star which will fit on a jeep hood without going over the hood (USA registration) numbers, or the hinge, or the hood blocks.
The hood star ⭐️ needs to be centered on the hood and larger.
