Code Geass, basically this. Great show.
Übel Blatt is kinda like that, although it's manga only. MC with a group of people head off to defeat a big bad, towards the trips end, half the group is too afraid to continue. MC with a few others go off to beat big bad, and on their way back the former allies turn on them, and basically murder them all. MC survives and begins his journey of revenge, on these people that betrayed him, and are now seen by the whole world as the heroes that killed the big bad.
I think Rising of the Shield Hero might be just like that

For those of you who is new or are still playing BDO,its better to stop at Tet and play until you get bored,dont go further
and for those that are aiming for PEN,if it fails,just quit it.
The game is best and fun to play when you are progressing,but gets really frustrating when you are getting staled in your gear progression.

but the good thing is,my real life kinda get better after that,casually playing other games with friends
kinda miss my guildies though,been through so many hardships together,though also kinda kills the mood when a newbie in the guild got a pen with just a few tap+ a dream horse,
just after a few month playing.(Though thats the base concept of the game,anyone can catch up,no matter when they start)
@@amarulhakimfairuz7727 enhancing past tet is not something you want to do if you cant handle failure. I am 667 gs full pen armor and tet accessories. Best advice i got for everyone that is new. Enhancing till tet gear / tri armor is good and cheap on your own. Past that you want to save money and buy the item. Enhancing for pen is a gamble that will make you quit the game.
@@oxeroth yeah,thats why i said,stop at tet and play until youre bored with the game.Ive Learned it the hard way.My only motivation for going through way pass the 200fs was for getting a Pen acce fs,but...shets more depressing than failing Pen gear

Been there, done that man. I ran a few guilds in a game called Mortal Online, that shit was the most toxic and stressful time of my life. Dealing with people with very little personal communication skills and or as you said, toxic guilds in general. Put me off of making "Hardcore" Guilds after that. I'm the same, I just join guilds these days, I find it far more enjoyable you did the right thing man, and congrats on making it this far with streaming and content creation, been with you for a while, always love your content, keep it up Cryy.

It always blew my mind, and it's freakin awesome seeing how far you've come over the years. You've only ever gotten better and better. Oh i would love to have a chat about that with you some day. Oof, many of the things you said sounded very rough and relateable. I love the Style of Blackdesert, i love the world but in my time playing it, the things you've said i also noticed from the outside so to speak. I never was in a big guild there, but the generalchat was full of Drama every day. I think that was also the main reason why i stopped playing at some point.
Started playing mmos in 2005 and started with wow back in the day. Also tried to test out Archlord and Aion when they came out and played them for a couple of months, but the game that made me stick with it the most was still wow. And i also noticed quite some Drama over there over the years. Guilds where the guildleader was seduced by a woman and promoted her to guildleader, guilds who suddenly start kicking out members because they weren't good enough, guild in which i was bullied because i was only 12 at that time, and so on.
I'm currently playing FF14 almost a year now, and i have to say that this is the first time in almost a decade where i found a community in which i feel really welcomed and wholesome. My english is not the best and i still struggle quite a lot when talking, but they accept me as i am and with that it's the first time i'm a Raidleader with people outside of my country and trying to keep everyone together. Sometimes it's quite challenging for me, but these people grew to me like a family, and i hope that'll stay for a long time.
Sorry i hopped on with many tpoics at this short time, it's quite a lot that happened in my mmo-experience, but i wanted to give also a short glimpse with my point of view. :)

omg you second story, i feel so much. ive been live streaming over on twitch for a lil over 3 years. i dont really run into the stream sniper situation but have had members of my community dislike what game i choose to stream several times over that time period and it gives me those similar feelings of not wanting to stream! i just recently started creating video content for youtube again and i get you so much. i feel completely different about making content and have found a new excitement for it. i hope i can find the success you have, your story inspires me greatly. thank you for sharing Cryy

reminds me of my experience with one particularly disgusting guild who would bully, harass and guilt trip their non-whale members for, i shid you not, lewd pics and demanding irl meet-ups as well as provoking mental breakdowns from anyone in the obligatory voicechat while those sociopath bastards would beridicule us, flex their irl fashion sense, cars the amount of money they spent on pearls etc. left that toxic hell like the plageu coz not everyone is a poor neet who likes to be manipulated by choice but it was an interesting experience that i wouldn't wish even for my worst enemy.

i Can relate Cryy..I used to be hardcore in mmo's wow, guild wars, destiny myself and now i'm more of a laid back casual player that likes to dance sometimes when i feel like i need a challenge. It's all about fun now...great stories...

Oh I feel you so much on your guild stories. Had more than a handful of guild and stories in Guild Wars 2, more drama than I can count and more "trauma" than necessary. Till this day I carry the name of my last guild with me, it was not the guild that I owned, but where I got to be leader at some point. And basically the circle jerk of drama and splitting was going twice, till I finally stepped back from the game. Since than I don't view gaming as the same anymore.
Like you I went from an more elitist point to a casual one, prioritzing IRL over games, which is quite healthy ofc. But I also learned a few things and gained some insecurtites for gaming related stuff.
So yeah, it was a fun time, but I guess everyone that was in the same space at some points has some battle scars from it ;)

This is why I love mmos!! The salt, the guild drama, the politics, and shit. Its like making your own organic storyline. Minus the stream sniping and farming. Looking back at it though, this shit makes pvp mmos for me.

Everything you've said I've been through it too. Toxic shit like that made me gave up being a guild leader ever again even though I love the people in my guild. Just sometimes it's too tiring and a pain to get things done on how you want. Being a leader, of course you'll eventually be the target of lies and attacks. Even due to one person toxicity, guild members get stressed about the attacks they get as well even though they're just trying to go on with their days.

To this day I do miss them, It was my first REAL guild n some of them were nice n fun to hang with. I often wonder wat they look like irl n how they r like as well. Sadly tho my life took a different turn n time isn't a luxury of mine no more, no. Perhaps someday =]

I’ve been a returning player of BDO myself, I’ve played for quite some time but I’ve never ever joined a Guild! I played Runescape religiously and eventually joined a Clan. Worst Clan ever; honestly it became a chore logging in for me, I was punished if I didn’t cap, I was punished if I upset the Clan owners, I was kicked out for being inactive due to irl personal issues. Ever since that I’ve avoided the ideas of Guilds in BDO due to this 😅 Maybe one day I’ll find a Guild because it seems like so much fun but at the same time my little solo life is enjoyable too 🥲

Similar thing happened to me twice.
First time Some dude took extreme prejudice to my level 54 alt who could barely farm 3 mob groups. And killed him over and over. Then Accused me of Karma Bombing him. He showed up after I was there and decided to kill me without saying a word. Okay, whatever. I go about my business. Then realise He's gone to war with my Guild, of which I'm 2nd in command.
I say, okay then. Bring my main to the area, and murder him. 5 times.
His guild leader asks why I'm karma bombing, and I said it simple: I don't control what other people do. If you want to kill someone who cant defend themselves that's on you. War was called off.
2nd time, was 2 guys in Tshira decided they didn't like me and killed my main. So I came back and Killed them. Both.
Things got heated and they kept coming back. I decided I didn't want to risk dying again even though I beat them Both 3 times now. And I called my friend over.
Somehow the fact that they were getting stomped made them angry enough to call war against my guild.
They shouldn't have done that.
Now we didn't have to flag on them to kill them anymore while they talked trash. War lasted about an hour before they called it off.

Anyway, I love Black Desert. Started playing it again on Xbox One and haven’t been able to put it down much. Almost have a lvl 60 Kuno and have duo and tri gear.

Been loving your videos for a while, but I must say.... BDO is that game where whenever you get something new, it never feels like it matters because you ALWAYS feel like you are 9000x behind and no gear feels substantial.

I never really played black desert seriously but totally can relate to all the stories especially being in top leagues in other games and one of the top pvpers and also being extremely toxic with the trash talk. Oof. Brings back so many memories. I remember in another game me and my friends were the top players and made a troll guild together and would win out-number pvped everyone. Our guild was KOS and literally the entire server were after us all the time. Good times. I might re-download black desert and give it a go again.

I was watching something on Kira's youtube and he had you listed as other people to watch and I'm like. OH SHIT. Watched this for nostalgia and didn't expect to be IN IT. I'm the female guild leader! Our guild was Kingdom and the other guild was the 902 Muaraders (I remember this because I have a friend still that hangs in their discord). I was bullied into the alliance by them, it was that or be on farm. I hated how they ran things and the leader actually got outed for some really horrible things and got kicked out of their community some time after! I was eventually put on KOS because I finally told him off and that's what made me quit the game. Was still some really fun times tho! Hope you're doing well

I believe the first weekend of March on steam black desert was entirely free, if you downloaded and launched the game you got to keep it along with a free started pack, transferring from Xbox to PC this was an easy pickup

So true. This is my first mmo and I started on playstation last august. Have been try hard. Had the guilds I was in farmed at boss and remember not knowing what decs were and thought they were flagging up on me and wondering why no one else would kill them. Then graduated to being the one who farms people during bosses for 2 months and probably being part of the reason why a top 10 guild of back then disbanded. (guild leader purposely pretended to be our ally's then attacked us during a siege; said "sorry, it was an accident" then came back non-stop to 1 v 3 us and we held off for hours then perma-decd (the drama)). then watched my original guild implode after GL left. Now xbox and ps4 merged and they had a 6 month start on us so all the top ps4 guilds disbanded. Now I'm guildless and chilling. Lots of drama.

See I can't even do that in mmos. The time I ever get to play in mmos I am like 90% of the time alone which is fine because I actually like being alone. I get confused on stats and all that (PSO2 is ridiculous, good but really confusing for newcomers) and I just like to run around and have fun.
I guess all the real-world work I like to relax in the mmo town and look at other monsters or players.

I just wanna relax and have fun and frankly I don't see any reason to take all of this so seriously. It ain't everything.

This video i can relate to so hard, i've ran a few guilds and not all of them successful but i did have a pretty big one back when halo combat evolved was big. and my entire family ran a server top guild in wow for like 5 years before it almost caused us to break ties as family and we gave it up. people can take that shit so serious and it gets insane if you are like 3 minutes late and people have meltdowns.
