Adjust these settings for silky smooth soft water!

Alright guys and gals. I have been going to a lot of calls with customers who have this particular water softener (select series) and are not really feeling the soft water. In this video I detail what to look for and what settings to adjust to give you that silky soft water feeling. I don't have this exact Culligan unit but my PLC is the same as you've demo'd. Any reason I shouldn't replicate these settings on mine? Basically the same setup with brine tank and resin tank just a slightly different head unit. Otherwise, same programming. I've learned a lot from your content and wanted to say I appreciate it.

Thank you. Yes you should be fine with these settings. Basically the older the resin gets the higher the salt dosage to compensate. I wouldn’t go past 12lbs though
