I've never heard any one talk about the interaction with the suppliers and customers. What I mean is the in-between conversation. For instance how to speak to suppliers and deal with challenges. Dealing with customers service, complaints, and purchase cancelation. As a beginner such questions hold me back from starting. Because I don't fear that I don't know the in between. That and also I don't have the cash. But I really REALLLLY want to start.

I'll stay with my 9-5 job thank you. Buuuuuuut while I'm at this 9-5 job I'm absolutely open to trying dropshipping as perhaps a way to potentially earn some extra income. So it's worth a shot if you ask me. If it winds up working out better than expected maybe I can be one of those people who do it full time. I 100 percent back this video. I was skeptical about selling on ebay. I didnt know what to expect. I had my first listing sold within a few days. I was testing the waters to see what's up. I made my listing and within two days it had 400+ people viewing it. I had a low ball offer but I still had it up before I decided to sell at a low price. Then on the 4th day, I received an email from ebay that my item was sold and paid for. Now, the payment was on hold from paypal until the item is delivered then they would send me my cut. I was so happy even though it was just one item. There were tons of other similar items from bigger ebay stores and mine was sold in such a short time. I will be doing more research but all I can say is that your business is what you make it. Also, I recommend you find your niche, dont just go with what is popular or trending, I guess thats where most the "saturation" comes from but If you enjoy using some products and you know the product well you can start there and find similar products and give your buyers options so they stay within your store as they can buy multiple grouped items from your store.

I've been trying to educate myself about both drop shipping and Amazon FBA, and in both cases what seems like an awful lot is figuring out how to set up the logistics of finding a supplier and arranging delivery. I dont hear anyone teaching that

Things to consider are shipping times, cost of product, yearly cost of domain name, totally cost yearly shopify or similar site, and cost of ads spend which could $100 for $5 bucks a day. Variable cost could be logo, content curation, ad copy, promotion such as Instagram stories or feed post, Virtual Assistant, LLC ($75-100), CPA, apps to improve functionality of store, and expensive in white labeling also shipping expenses if offer for free
You can test the product go over reviews and ask the vendor for videos and pictures that way you trust/know the quality idk about refunds I haven’t had to My refund policy is on my website some people don’t offer refunds or returns especially during the pandemic I know you comment is old but hopefully this helps
Buy the product yourself to make sure it is good quality, unless you don't care about quality and are selling for a low mark up. In which case, when a customer complaints you should just eat the lose, refund or send a replacement for free. This is a reasonable business expense.

My biggest worries about drop shipping are the payment processes, I live in Ghana ( Africa ) and PayPal isn’t available here, I’ve been able to acquire a PayPal account with the help of a friend but I’d like a video that would detail this issue of mine with other alternatives and anything I might be unaware of. EPA key now takes longer than seller choice now. 35-40 days if it gets there at all. I just started and have to abandon it due to long shipping, expensive shipping and high Ali express pieces due to Current relations w/ China which isn't getting any better anytime soon! It is a ton of work for such a iffy biz

It depends on what you're selling and how engaged the audience is. It depends on the cost and whether or not there is a chance for recurring business. And many others. I'm very worried about shipping times and delays when customers are paying by credit card and receiving the goods 3 or more weeks later. Seems like a recipe for chargebacks, and problems with the credit card processor. Please address this in a new video. Thanks
Hey! If you are transparent with the shipping estimation your customers will be okay with waiting. Make sure you show the shipping time on a shipping page, the product page, and include it in the invoice template. You also want to make sure you're selecting shipping that has tracking so people can have more control on their orders and when it might arrive. I hope that helps. -Kitana

Shopify is set up such that for the most part if there is a taxable event the store will collect the taxes, but it's your job to remit the taxes in accordance with your local tax policy. Also, be sure to double-check the tax settings to make sure the proper rates are applied for your region. I Have to admit it ,it was the dumbest Thing i ever done when i signed up for Alidropship, Like many other subscriber we're heavily influenced by the Army of youtubers promoting the platform,But none of them Told us the dark side of the Game of course they won't otherwise it'll be a suicide for them.! First of all the Pluging they offer is compatible with Aliexpress only which means you can import products only from Aliexpress, then the important point is ,as we all know that AliExpress Stores(Suppliers) are retail sellers as well that means you import a product from them at their retail sale price and you try to Dropship it at a higher price looking for a profit,,right if that is the case why customers do not buy directly from the Aliexpress seller(who is my supplier),at a much lower price?the other thing How many people are going to reach your Store after all your marketing and stuff? Where nowadays who did not hear about Aliexpress I think it's the first choice comes to mind if someone looking to shop online. Don't take me wrong There's who's making Money from Alidropship,,here they're: Number one Aldropship owners then the Bloggers and vloggers who make money not by dropshipping but by podcasting and promoting Alidropship.I challenge any One who dare to show me that they are making profits from Alidropship.
I think I just overthink about not being able to success. I worry about things like copyright on images, when to make it a legal entity, customer returns, etc. Also there is niches that grab my attention but I feel it won’t be profitable. More of a mindset issue😩

Customers who see a 1 month shipping time WILL go to Amazon! Or their local big box store down the street or across town if they can have that item TODAY. I can 100% assure you of this. EVEN if it costs more!

Hi there! Ah, I always have to be careful with making definitive statements. One product stores a great because you can really showcase any given product. But that doesn't mean that a really nicely curated group of 30 products can't be effective! It can be really effective! What I would say is this: If you've got a vision for a store in your head and you know the direction you want to go with it, then that is the right choice. If you have a sense of how to showcase your products and build your brand it doesn't matter if you have one product or one thousand, it can work. 30 products will do just fine! 🙂 -Jessica

Thanks, glad you liked it! 😊 Shipping times have increased because of the current pandemic, but there are still many stores making sales and delivering on them. The best thing to do is to let your customers know there will be delays with shipping times due to the current global situation. You can do that by adding a banner to your homepage with a message explaining this (bit.ly/3iPqFxe). Usually, we'd recommend using the ePacket shipping method. It currently has some delays, so we suggest AliExpress Standard Shipping, which showed as a great alternative! 💪 -Iris
What suppliers are reliable on aliexpress. This is what's the main issue is. I've read many reviews of users who either dont get there products to the customer and shipping times going way over the stated ship times. Sourcing suppliers that are good is the hard part. This is what's keeping me from starting. Customer complaints are very high and can ruin a newbie. Refunds if you can get them are rare mean time you have to refund your customer.
I even tell my customers that I'm an aliexpress alternative. I know there buying on ali anyway. I'm Finding the products they want, I'm getting samples to make sure sizing is right. Also the Experience and navigation is much better on my website.

tomotorme change everything. Look at your ads. Are they sketchy?, Look at your website. It is legit? , Look at the price of your product. It is too high?. Also try to target another epacket country don’t only focus on the 5 english speaking ones. Is none of this work. Start over with a new product.
All the youtube videos show people being successful in dropshipping, but in the facebook dropshipping groups no one is making money and STRUGGLING. These are people that are following the steps taught by all the gurus, what is going on please? It's sad to see some try SO HARD and they are losing money.

I'd like to see the same kind of interviews. My friend opened a store & I was her first customer. She stayed on the phone hours & I never received my product.
I 100 percent back this video. I was skeptical about selling on ebay. I didnt know what to expect. I had my first listing sold within a few days. I was testing the waters to see what's up. I made my listing and within two days it had 400+ people viewing it. I had a low ball offer but I still had it up before I decided to sell at a low price. Then on the 4th day, I received an email from ebay that my item was sold and paid for. Now, the payment was on hold from paypal until the item is delivered then they would send me my cut. I was so happy even though it was just one item. There were tons of other similar items from bigger ebay stores and mine was sold in such a short time. I will be doing more research but all I can say is that your business is what you make it. Also, I recommend you find your niche, dont just go with what is popular or trending, I guess thats where most the "saturation" comes from but If you enjoy using some products and you know the product well you can start there and find similar products and give your buyers options so they stay within your store as they can buy multiple grouped items from your store.
The scrubbing gloves can only be saturated when held in the dishwater I guess 😉

Allison I feel like as someone who is in charge of dropshipping or business owner should know how to handle different situations like this otherwise maybe don’t do these activities yet

Things to consider are shipping times, cost of product, yearly cost of domain name, totally cost yearly shopify or similar site, and cost of ads spend which could $100 for $5 bucks a day. Variable cost could be logo, content curation, ad copy, promotion such as Instagram stories or feed post, Virtual Assistant, LLC ($75-100), CPA, apps to improve functionality of store, and expensive in white labeling also shipping expenses if offer for free

You can test the product go over reviews and ask the vendor for videos and pictures that way you trust/know the quality idk about refunds I haven’t had to My refund policy is on my website some people don’t offer refunds or returns especially during the pandemic I know you comment is old but hopefully this helps
Buy the product yourself to make sure it is good quality, unless you don't care about quality and are selling for a low mark up. In which case, when a customer complaints you should just eat the lose, refund or send a replacement for free. This is a reasonable business expense.

My biggest worries about drop shipping are the payment processes, I live in Ghana ( Africa ) and PayPal isn’t available here, I’ve been able to acquire a PayPal account with the help of a friend but I’d like a video that would detail this issue of mine with other alternatives and anything I might be unaware of. It depends on what you're selling and how engaged the audience is. It depends on the cost and whether or not there is a chance for recurring business. And many others. Firstly great presentation as always..here's my question though..you mention if you have a "unique" product..What about if you don't...say it's supplements and books etc about a certain condition that you notice in the support groups people are saying where do i get this and where do i get that ?..Amazon actually do have a kinda shop selling this..but it's not a patch on mine with it's tutorial and lowdown videos..BUT whilst I have an audience .aren't they going to pick a product with me..(one that they had no idea helped there problem) then go..hmmn 3 week delivery let's see how long Amazon's is...oh next day..and I'm on the site..why should they come back to me..I've a great idea but need help and guidance as I see this as a major stumbling block.

Hey! If you are transparent with the shipping estimation your customers will be okay with waiting. Make sure you show the shipping time on a shipping page, the product page, and include it in the invoice template. You also want to make sure you're selecting shipping that has tracking so people can have more control on their orders and when it might arrive. I hope that helps. -Kitana

Shopify is set up such that for the most part if there is a taxable event the store will collect the taxes, but it's your job to remit the taxes in accordance with your local tax policy. Also, be sure to double-check the tax settings to make sure the proper rates are applied for your region. I Have to admit it ,it was the dumbest Thing i ever done when i signed up for Alidropship, Like many other subscriber we're heavily influenced by the Army of youtubers promoting the platform,But none of them Told us the dark side of the Game of course they won't otherwise it'll be a suicide for them.! First of all the Pluging they offer is compatible with Aliexpress only which means you can import products only from Aliexpress, then the important point is ,as we all know that AliExpress Stores(Suppliers) are retail sellers as well that means you import a product from them at their retail sale price and you try to Dropship it at a higher price looking for a profit,,right if that is the case why customers do not buy directly from the Aliexpress seller(who is my supplier),at a much lower price?the other thing How many people are going to reach your Store after all your marketing and stuff? Where nowadays who did not hear about Aliexpress I think it's the first choice comes to mind if someone looking to shop online.
Don't take me wrong There's who's making Money from Alidropship,,here they're: Number one Aldropship owners then the Bloggers and vloggers who make money not by dropshipping but by podcasting and promoting Alidropship.I challenge any One who dare to show me that they are making profits from Alidropship.

I think I just overthink about not being able to success. I worry about things like copyright on images, when to make it a legal entity, customer returns, etc. Also there is niches that grab my attention but I feel it won’t be profitable. More of a mindset issue😩

I'm struggling with interpret the customer's reviews in ali. I believe many customers give 5* partly due to the expected quality for the cheap price. If customer were to pay more through dropshipping store, wouldn't they be expecting a product with much better quality?

Many people will say if the quality is bad even if the item is really cheap, but they will justify it being okay because of the price. Customers who see a 1 month shipping time WILL go to Amazon! Or their local big box store down the street or across town if they can have that item TODAY. I can 100% assure you of this. EVEN if it costs more!

Hi there! Ah, I always have to be careful with making definitive statements. One product stores a great because you can really showcase any given product. But that doesn't mean that a really nicely curated group of 30 products can't be effective! It can be really effective! What I would say is this: If you've got a vision for a store in your head and you know the direction you want to go with it, then that is the right choice. If you have a sense of how to showcase your products and build your brand it doesn't matter if you have one product or one thousand, it can work. 30 products will do just fine! 🙂 -Jessica

Thanks, glad you liked it! 😊 Shipping times have increased because of the current pandemic, but there are still many stores making sales and delivering on them. The best thing to do is to let your customers know there will be delays with shipping times due to the current global situation. You can do that by adding a banner to your homepage with a message explaining this (bit.ly/3iPqFxe). Usually, we'd recommend using the ePacket shipping method. It currently has some delays, so we suggest AliExpress Standard Shipping, which showed as a great alternative! 💪 -Iris

What suppliers are reliable on aliexpress. This is what's the main issue is. I've read many reviews of users who either dont get there products to the customer and shipping times going way over the stated ship times. Sourcing suppliers that are good is the hard part. This is what's keeping me from starting. Customer complaints are very high and can ruin a newbie. Refunds if you can get them are rare mean time you have to refund your customer.
I even tell my customers that I'm an aliexpress alternative. I know there buying on ali anyway. I'm Finding the products they want, I'm getting samples to make sure sizing is right. Also the Experience and navigation is much better on my website.

All the youtube videos show people being successful in dropshipping, but in the facebook dropshipping groups no one is making money and STRUGGLING. These are people that are following the steps taught by all the gurus, what is going on please? It's sad to see some try SO HARD and they are losing money.

They will know you are shipping from China from the packaging and also from the really long delivery times. I have recently switched to using a new software that bundles and ships my products from within the USA to ensure 1-3 day shipping times. :)
