There are already stories of them mixing up thousands of people's photos, names and immigration status in their databases. As a result some people were having issues proving right to work, rent or even accessing NHS services. One can only hope they learn from their previous mistakes.

The Home Office in its quest to go solely digital has been met with huge probs with Chinese faces representing African names, African faces to Indian ones, etc. These blunders have caused serious probs as to people ability to prove their immigrate status to gain work and other services. I pray this transition goes well and smoothly.

Hello I use my email address for both and I and my dependents when we apply for our visa and I got the email yesterday just one email, I apply it was successful but it didn't work for my dependents. Pls help

I received an email from the home office last week to create an account, applied for my e-Visa and got it approved within 30 minutes

What is VA account?
It is UKVI account. Meaning UK VISAS and IMMIGRATION

It's a UKVI account, not a VA account. Go to Gov.uk and type create an ukvi account in the search bar and follow the steps to create an account.
