I wanna agree, but its pretty bad lol. 90% of parts are completely unviable. You see 1 of three boosters, one of three strategies, one of two/three fcs's, one of three longrange weapons, one of three closerange weapons, one of three generators.....
Another good vid! I only play mid or light weights. I have good days and bad days but I always enjoy the matches. I need to concentrate on dodging missiles, you do that so damn well! I think that alone will boost my wins by 15 to 20%

yea after the reset i just couldn't play the game, i just wanted to come back to s rank but i was just facing meta builds. well good thing i didn't use a meta build myself, i don't want to ruins someone's day cause they just wanted to play armored core multiplayer.
I have some respect for the shield, at least that takes timing. My issue is the 'easy spam' builds that use LCS and zimms. LCS is a major offender, but I believe it has more to do with the netcode rather than the weapon itself.
Until you fought one that got ultra instinct. I had a fight with one guy like that, dual zimm and funnel laser. When i hit my shot, it doesn't even register as direct hit. I had done my strategies i use against shielder but the game doesn't register it as damage. The guy just teleported somewhere and froze. And then i got hit out of nowhere, no animation of him moving or his shotgun fired. He then move normally after that. The whole match was literally like that and i usually quit there after.

if you wanna try another armored core game i'd highly recommend emulating armored core 3. the native controls are uhh... rough lol you can't use the right stick to control the camera ( but you can click the stick in for a button???) HOWEVER with an emulator you can make your right stick inputs correspond to the face buttons and then in game bind the camera to the face buttons like a d-pad, and then put your weapons and boosting on the bumpers and triggers to get a solid approximation of more modern AC game controls. It's an intentionally clunky game that imo adds a lot to the feeling of piloting a giant robot and theres a lot of added depth to the customization through internal parts and especially the shoulder extensions. also please don't torture yourself for content lol have a good day 1million years good luck 2 u
I love to see people still enjoying AC6 like i do. It's easy to fold your hands and give up. FROM had to make this game more accessible. Sales are what drives new games. Take a guess why its been so long between Verdict Day and Fires of Rubicon? Sales. I just got finished watching a video where they did a lot of complaining about AC6. I think overall this game is great. Yes, they should bring back turn speed (tie hardlock to turn speed), AB causing gen overheat, and remove auto quick turn. Add real long range weapons and maybe even core based anti missile systems like in gen 3. Oh...AND FIX THE NET CODE!
