Just got one of these for my XL Pro DR Trimmer. Works perfectly; in our very uneven and rocky green belt. The service from the Vender (guy in the video) was first rate and will definitely purchase again if need be.

I would think the wheel would make it harder to push through rough ground and thick brush.

How much for one of these modifications?
Well yes & no. The point of a field trimmer is that the first thing to hit the brush is the trimmer cord. If you are cutting through fairly light brush, then the front wheel is fine.... BUT for heavy brush, it defeats the design. Also for heavy brush the Quick Lock head will retain trimmer line better than the plates.
Front wheel is a must??? How do you trim up close, to something like a fence, with that wheel sticking out there?
6-02-2020 - - - - My Premier should arrive in about a week from today. They advertise 177 mil string but I called around and no one knows what that means. 177 mm is 6.9 inches. This doesn't make sense. Is this video here advertising an option available from Dr Mower? How much is it?

The wind noise makes it very hard to hear the voice. Perhaps add voice over and eliminate the noise?
