Bring Dinner back keep hillbilly tho!
Does on x work in any state, how many trails are available for the state of Texas?
Sucks that you are ruining secret trails for the locals.
it is a good app in the usa anywhere else no.. as it does not work in australia
"Must of had Taco Tuesday" OMG Hillbilly I am still laughing. :)
Amazing that Demri could keep filming and hold the camera still!
Time to get a lathe in your shop! $75 dollars for 6 sleeves is aerospace pricing!! LOL
Robbie, you could have gotten some brass flanged bushings to take up the slack. I used some on the spindles for my son’s go kart.
6:27
TACO TUESDAY LMAO!!!!
Would love a dinner update. I really miss him!
I feel that's a bit of a sensitive subject... Robby went out of his way to support him, and in return he bailed on the business. We all enjoyed him, but actions have consequences.
@@MrBigtime2 not true. Robby stated Dinner moved to be closer to his new wifes family. Know, before you post. How disinformation starts.
@@RamsinGabriel 😂... and how is that not bailing on the business? There is no misinformation here, just facts pal 👍
Dinner definitely missed something good
@@MrBigtime2 what a world you live in. Im sure you think the election was stolen to. LOL.
Just a thought for the editor (in case you didn't already have a heavy workload). 🙂
When Robbie snaps his fingers to jump to "tomorrow", I envision that an accompanying sound effect would add an extra dimension to the production. Exactly what - (siren, cowbell, oogah horn, breaking glass, etc) - would be for someone else to determine. Have fun. I am. 😊
A Rooster Crowing?
A swami flute player
The ol' BroncStar is turning into a real great off road machine!!! Nice !!!!
Big Ed Roth fan, can't wait till the trike built.
Here comes the flames 🔥
Fabulous Show 😎
BroncStar is coming along nicely... it's sure to be a beast once completed ✅
Keep Up the Great 👍 JERB...
The Bronc ⭐️ is gonna be money!👍🏼
I totally LOL'd @6:27... "Taco Tuesday"!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Please do something with the intake. You spend crazy time on selecting washers but overlook the most basic parts of the build
You are definitely on the right path. High steering arm → straighter drag link → pitman arm. If you figure out the geometry to match the bump-to bump to the steering turn-to-turn when you do the steering arm, you can install a steering arm length to match your pitman arm... And then you won't need to change the pitman arm. But the ideal set-up would locate the high steer tie rod joint where it minimizes bump steer for on-road driving (static ride height), and then the pitman arm would be designed to match that.
I’m so stoked to see how this rig does on Hanging Tree! That a great trail! We love it!!
Most excellent. Little by little. It’s a work in progress
Nice work!
BroncStar has morphed into a beast!! Looks great!
Great job guys....cam shots are awesome....we're getting soooooo close to seeing Hillbilly smile !!!!
Really enjoy watching this channel. This little buggy is coming right along. 😎👍
You have a 4 link front suspension and really should be running full hydro steering , the geometry is fighting each other running a drag link.
That Trike project will be really cool to see.
Looks great guys....
Nice ! Thanks for sharing !
Hillbilly it’s definitely coming along quite nicely buddy!!! There’s always something to be done on a build but hopefully soon the list will be much shorter!!!! Lol!!! Awesome job on the power steering modifications!!! I would definitely go with a high steering setup!!! It should help out better for when you get into tighter spots on the trails and keep things from getting binded up in tight spots also!!!! Well remember keep up all the hard work fellas!!!!
Blow that engine up already!, And yes, a dinner update
Putting broncstar outside, cutting it, setting it on fire and then starting over with a different choice would have, in the end, been a better option, IMHO of course.
Great job gents missed the boss she pretties up that whole operation
Hey Robbie, you are doing great repairs and building. I thought you were paint and body man great videos 🎉
It’s so interesting to see how you work thru different challenges. Great example of thinking outside the box or outside the bushings. Great video as always.
In all my 61 years I've never heard a come-along called a chain-along Robby.
Put the radiator in the back with a elect. fan
Very nice job Guys
I used to have a 1964 international Scout, and one of the necessary upgrades was power steering. I used a Saginaw steering box with an Isuzu power steering pump and reservoir. It sure made my drive handle better. The fun part was drilling the hardened frame.
5:04 Robby is being a Doc Brown, and sending us Back To The Future. 😂
I am definitely enjoying the videos on the upgrades to the Bronc Star I can see a major improvement on doing the trail
If you go high steer, go ahead and put hydraulic assist on it too and have the best steering possible and keep it road friendly.
20:37 Robbie there is a guy stealing tools behind you 😉
Stick with it guys, you'll figure it out!
It's coming along nicely so far. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God Bless.
Great job figuring the steering out. I can commiserate with you on buying unneeded parts. It’s not just the expense but the time lost going to different places when you already had what you needed in hand. 😞
If your steering isn't hitting the physical stops, you are risking damaging the steering box when you are at the limit (left or right) as the stress is on the box not the physical stops.
Robby , I didn't see anything about your brother's stolen trailer & tools. Did he get them back and catch the thief??
Lots of progress! Can hardly wait until it's done!
I really e joy all your content. Cowboy is such a humble guy. And your whole family and awsome . Just good down to earth people. And how is Dinner i really miss him being around?
Yeah the Broncstar!!
Robby, you need a lathe, sleeves and inserts
Easy Peasy (or a shop close by)
Or 9/16 bolts turned down and retreaded to 7/16 on the end for a perfect fit
Awesome video guys!
The BroncStar is making serious progress.
great job again.
You need a two wheel drive astro van box. Put it in front of radiator and do high steering kit
Nice work so far, be good when you get the high steering worked out.
Great video and great job with your truck, but you should put hydraulic steering on it and God bless from GA and stay safe
Any update on Robbie’s brother theft ?
What I would have done is use the pipe. Drill out the frame bushings to the outside diameter of the pipe. Cut the pipe to match the length of the bushings already in the frame. Weld the pipe to the frame bushings and you have a strong mounting for your steering box.
Thanks for sharing 😊.
Keep at it guys
Sweet trike!! I’m working on one!! Please do a video on the trike!!!
New drinking game: Take a shot every time Robbie says “Hurry”. 😂
great working relationship both robby and hillbilly and can't leave out demeri...keep improving on your vehicle's someday you might have to use it on a retrieval it's good to have retrieval vehicle's in good condition and robby and hillbilly have a great relationship working...keep making great videos 📹 and working together....we need your daughter to bring up some good riddles and we miss dinner time.... or where he's at and how he's doing..thanks for the great 👍 videos 📹...
Robby on your vw trike, you might want to use a 1.4 VW TDI engine. Of course its drive by wire, but the neat thing is, you can get 75-90 mpg on it snd still have fun. Your source for that engine might be eBay UK. Those engines can be had for about $2-300, and the ECU is dirt cheap. You'll also need a throttle pedal and a wiring harness.
Why not a 1,9 td from an old VW rabbit, or the 1,6? No electronics to mess with. Exept 12v to the pump and glow plugs? The adapter plats from a VW transporter T2 diesel will be a direct fit. That would be the thing i would do.
Or use a Porsche engine from the years the vw was made, The Porsche engine should have the same bolt pattern to mount the engine.
@@johnnyhomegrownholmgren9999 the 1.4 is a TDI, a 3 cylinder, and a cast iron block, and would outperform the two you mentioned, and, the later ones produce 90 HP, depending on the car it came from. They also have a very good reputation for durability.
@@danrussell3439: That would work great.
@Farm_fab: Sorry to break the news.... The 1.4 is one of the worst engines that VAG ever made. But IF you like them, good for you. 👍
How does he see anything where he's going with all that in the front. Cool but not very usable. Good job guy's really coming along.
Choppy Choppy on the Bronc Star
Awesome video
Man what a shocker...Ford bronco with steering issues.
Good Job 👍
3:06 Those delta trikes need independent rear brakes, for steering at an considerable speed.
ie apply the inside (of the turn) brake to steer above 10mph.
The delta trikes need to never be driven at high speed. Absurdly unstable, just fun to look at.
Thanks for the content
The tighter the better,
I'm guessing, 😊
good job!
I see Demri, I upvote... even if it was only in a commercial break...
on that rig, a full hydro setup might be a better option. Just a thought
Time to move the super charger and cooler so that they don't block visibility on the trail. The broncstar can kick some butt on the trails.
Question... Hillbilly, how do you see out to drive the Broncstar down the road? What with all the "extra add-ons" on the engine, it looks to be a bit "visually impairing". 🤔
Good job 😊
Amazing how much cash you are putting into your content :)
Yes but it's good advertising for his company, extra payment for his employees and sponsors are helping too. I love the content!
Update on Dinner? Thank you!
Never did find out what happened to the thieves, plus an update on Big Dinner would be nice too. Taco tuesday, LOL.
Im guessing now Big Dinner has gone there is no keep fit schedule on the go. 🤷🏻♂️
You were all doing so well 😞
He quit in march and moved away…..
As a motorcycle rider, I loath trikes. That being said, I can't wait to see Big Daddy's trike done! Too cool! Kounter Kulture!
Im enjoying your content. But im missing Big Dinner. Any updates on how hes doing in his new place?
Love the Channel, I do my best to watch on a regular, unfortunately I have been way way behind. I am finally all caught up. Definitely great builds. Love the LayMo.😂.. However I do have one question.. Where is Dinner??? Did I miss something or a video??? Keep up the great work!!
Hillbilly has gotten so much better at talking on camera. That line of "taco Tuesday" caught me off guard.
I wanna come out and do a build collab with that Ed Roth trike Robby!!!!
Great 🇺🇸 as always 🇺🇸 👍
I think think Jankenstein would be a suitable name for The BroncStar. 😂
Yes, sir new video
"We're gonna build that one day".
The trouble is that "One day " never comes while you have other things that need to be done :)
10:14 Robby Sounds like Kermit the frog singing 😂😂😂
OMG Robbie i had one those trikes back in the mid 80's i needed a truck & traded it off for the truck the next week the guy broke it in half being drunk trying jump a hill !
Robbie: please let Dinner know we miss him and wish him well.
Nice
High steer won't fix the length issue, still going to require a bit longer pitman arm... say 3/4 to 1in longer. What about a full hydrologic steering setup?
🛠🔩🚗 "You're definitely onto something with the high steering arm and its impact on the overall steering geometry. It's fascinating to see how adjustments in the drag link, pitman arm, and steering arm can greatly affect the performance and handling of the vehicle. 🤔⚙ Finding the perfect balance between bump steer and steering responsiveness is crucial for both on-road and off-road driving. Keep up the great work in tackling this major steering issue and delivering a full rebuild that ensures optimal performance!"
correct option, buy lathe and make every bushing youd ever want
The blind man once said. Who needs safety glasses
Hey Robby
Rat Fink - the Best.
No highsteer.... FULL HYDRO 😂
That's what you call power steering by arm strong 💪 hahahahaha 😆😅
