Important! Make sure you remove fields in your final version. After you do so, you will not be able to refresh, so make sure to have one copy with the fields still active. But Zotero forums do recommend to remove them for final version.

Can Zotero detect citations inserted by Mendeley? I have a large document where citations have been inserted by Mendeley, but now Mendeley is not recognizing the citations. Are there any solutions?
I can't thank you enough for these videos! I have looked online and through your videos. Do you know how to manually enter the preface of a book that is written by a different author? I entered it manually with the Title of the Preface as "Préface", along with the author of the book, name and author (different from author of the preface) of the book but when I cite it within my text, it inserts this - (“Préface” 9) with only the page number but neither the name of the book, nor the preface or book author. I'm using MLA format. In addition, when I create the bibliography, in the list of sources it is also called looks like this « Préface ». Le professeur interculturel, l’Harmattan, 2015, p. 9 12. with no authors names at all. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much again!

This is an outstanding series--thank you so much for the effort you put into this. One feature I'd like to see integrated into Zotero, particularly for high school students, is outlining. Do you know of a plug-in or third-party software/service which works well for this?
Thanks! Glad they were helpful. I can't personally recommend an outlining plugin for Zotero. I use IThoughts HD with cite keys from Zotero that I export using Better BibTex, but I don't know if it would work in the context you're describing. I would check out the Zotero forums: forums.zotero.org/discussion/1919/outlining-in-zotero/. If you find a good solution, let me know. I'd like to share it with my students, too!
I know I'm late to the party, but is there any advice or troubleshooting for works cited hiccup I keep running into? For whatever reason, it keeps flushing my page left and won't indent the citations. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a program or formatting fix I can apply?

How to cite whole paragraph or multiple pages of our document using zotero?
Compared to LaTeX this seems way adding references and citation (to word) seems super-slow and inefficient.
