Both work with the cars OPF / OPP filter , they will pass MOT's and not needed mapping..
Please note that the white car has the early SW mapping in , they chnaged later 2019, so cars made after then wont have the over run pops and bangs..

Great video guys. I’m in love with my Race system on my 2020 car (looks like it makes an appearance in the video!) The difference between comfort and sport in terms of noise is massive. I just miss the 2019 pops and bangs. Great work guys as always.

@@rh6777 no drone in comfort at all. I don’t get any drone in sport either but there is a considerable difference in noise.
Nice comparison, gives good perspective as it’s tough to understand what the car back systems will sound like as they’re all being tested on 2019 models

Good video to show differences, hopefully mapping will sort 2020 cars out so they sound how we wanted from test drives in 19 cars. Sport sounds lovely and deep, race is sharper so guess it's what you look for will make decision easier...

Currently researching CZcams on how Remust may sound on my 2022 Clubman S, in case I fit a JCW exhaust on it (found the valve and the motor for it, so that isn't an issue, since JCW flap is controlled by the incar system).
I heard Remus Race on Petrol Ped's JCW and it's waaay to loud for my liking.
If I fit the Sport JCW Remus onto an S Clubman, should I be expecting something similar to the black BMW from this video?

I picked my 69 plate up yesterday. It popped and banged when I started it up but it's not done it again since. I can't even get it to pop on change down like I used to on my AMG A35. I really haven't done alot of driving in it but I have had it in Sport. Is there a Sport+? I have the Performance pack
We need that remap ASAP. They both sound good but I have a 2020 model and prefer the more aggressive note. Are you any closet to a remap yet?

I’ve got a 2019 (November build) and it’s shamefully quiet. I expected a few more pops having driven a demo around October 2019. I’ve heard a lot of rumours that BMW mapped a lot of the pops and bangs out on a software update, not sure how true this is though.

330i if before 2020 it will be the exhaust hiding the pops

Bit of advice, if you have a 19 or 69 plate car and it's running software 07/2019.40 do not do the update to 11/2019.70 as this removes the pops and bangs, unfortunately I learnt this the hard way. 😥

Looks brilliant, does it NEED the 10mm spacers or do these just enhance further? I’m awaiting collection on my new m135i and have just bought the springs currently... wondering if it will look odd lowered without the spacers?
Joe Charlton won’t look odd but it will help with spaces to fill the arches better

Of course in the future they might be able to map the ecu and unlock it.

****UPDATE**** I've just had my software updated to 03/2021.40 and the crackles are back, absolutely buzzing.

Here is a timeline of events to clarify my experience:
30th of march 2021- bought car from dealer, exhaust popped and crackled (software 07/2019)
30th of March 2021- on driving home from the dealer got a notification regarding remote software update available.
30th of march 2021- got home still pops and crackles.
31st of march 2021- updated software (11/2019) pops and crackles had gone.
1st of April 2021- fitted remus sports exhaust, still no pops and crackles.
26th of April 2021- booked car in for software update still no pops and crackles.
29th of April 2021- software updated to 03/2021.40 at dealer pops and crackles are now back on the car.
Hope this clears up my experience.

Drives me nuts that the 2019 sounds better than my 2020 stock...
How BMW have gotten away with this is silly...
Instead of concentrating on engine note.......concentrate on cracking the software so you can send 100% torque to the rear wheels.
