  • Kaikai: The events were such that President William Ruto was boxed into a situation where he had to proceed on one or two options. One of the options was to dissolve the entire Cabinet and the other option was to relieve of their roles some of the CSs that particular issues had been raised about. The gravity of the events of the last few weeks left no option but to go through this route. This is a major victory for the Gen Z protesters

Such programs like news gang and daybreak, and the competition we've seen in accurate resilient and vigorous coverage of events, and the rise and transparency of social media today has all contributed to this successful implementation and transformation we are seeing. To deter corruption, nominees must disclose all assets belong to them and their close relatives, including spouses.
Salary caps must be implemented to all elected officials. They should use basic vehicles like any other government employees on officials' duties only.
Except for highly sensitive positions only.

Dissolving the entire cabinet has consequences without having a plan in place. I think he could a approach differently. I think he could visit and start direct talks with those who are effected and lost there love ones during demonstrations. There are also those who in sit in jail that also need to get fair hearing. Secondly he could create a task team to fight corruption. Action is needed. After that I think he could sit and engage with peace loving Kenyans on how to deal with issues that the country faces. Dissolving your entire cabinet doesn’t solve any problem. Create a task to follow in development plan in the whole country to make sure the development is implemented very smoothly. Cool head is needed situation like this. I think the president is in panic mood. I hope the opposition doesn’t take advantage of this situation and destabilise the country. I think he has the replacement of this cabinet ministers and will appoint new ones within 24hrs if not he put himself and the whole country in dangerous position. The president is now dealing with two fronts. I believe president ruto is a fair president but lack of experience can effect him.

The cabinet team was not seiveable?they had collective responsibility to deliver? The ministries are related,a failure in one is a failure to all!!
But none of them had guts to stand up,speak out for the very people they are supposed to serve??
All they did was to watch and let kenyan suffer on their vomit
The swamp has to be drained all the Way and should be example to any one holding a government office , people want service nothing Short 😕
