Thanks Dave. The driver this day is an old hand who drove steam all his life. He could be the only one left still working on the main line. He graduated to a driver instructor before retiring. These locomotives are known to slip easily and he sure showed his skill.

Yes both in remembrance of the Battle of Britain but how things have changed. I wonder if the loco rostorer picked out that 91 knowing Tangmere was due in, nice coincidence
