I have to clear out my kitchen for renovations so I’m glad you uploaded earlier. I’ve been getting Sunday scaries since being home from college, because I feel like I’m wasting SO much time. And I still vote B 😭❤️

2020 Goal : Give Up One Thing a Month.
I’m starting off simple with giving up any drink that’s not water and it’s so hard. But it’s challenges me and it also not to bad because it’s only a month, but habits are easier to keep once you prove to yourself that you can do it. I plan to do social media, online shopping, not working out regularly, MEAT for future months.
Yes this is perfect and so true - you have such a better chance of success if you’re realistic and try one change at a time. I am pretty good with only drinking water except for the occasional soda 🥤 on the weekends. I don’t buy any juice or gatorade or soda though to keep in my home. That helps a lot! Try Hint waters!
I Vote A cook with me the last what I eat in a day was so relaxing also these posting times from the last video and this are really good timings for where I live thanks❤️❤️

Tip for 2020: got a planner to do a small daily journal. Sometimes writing a small vent or affirmation can help you check in with your own emotions and keep you motivated w any goals.
