Oh please granddad... Georgia new this and she CHOSE to stay and have this man be the father of her children! They need to stay in their lane as grandparents and help but not take over.
I knew the grandparents would blame Max for this and use the fact that he almost dies too. From the moment he turned up to pick up Luna I felt them pulling that crap.
But how is that reason to give them custody. By their standards cops and firefighters would be precluded from being single parent since their jobs comes with risks. I dont know what they are using as justification for their custody. He almost died? He is busy with hospital? He feeds her noodles one day for breakfast? You have to show more than that for the courts to award you custody. You are not Lunas parents, youre a grandparent. Max is not a criminal or a child abuser. They are just petty and angry and I hope Max put down the hammer and stop them from being a part of Lunas life. It is exactly what they deserve for pulling something like this

That was not fair. It's not Max's fault Georgia died. The man was dealing with a lot. He had a hospital to run, dealing with cancer, and his wife had gone into labor at home. At least he was there for her when the baby was coming. If that accident hadn't happened, she might have lived. Time and unforeseen occurrences befall us all, so sometimes bad things just happen. He's also a first time single dad, so he's not going to get everything right. He just needs extra help. I really hope they don't get custody of Luna.
And Helen will be to help him......in future
So now we have it the vulture inlaws are blaming Max for their daughters death. Your daughter died from complications during childbirth, unfortunately it happens more often than we would like. Max is not God and its a good thing he was there with another doctor when Georgia went into labor or they wouldnt have been a grandchild. But that is ungrateful inlaws for you. Instead of mourning their daughter and relishing in their granddaughter they instead become selfish and vindictive
What!! How can you blame him for her death when he had nothing to do with the accident??? It's not like he said oh hey I think you guys should slam into the ambulance when we are almost at the hospital. These grandparents need to chill or have they forgotten that they can drop dead at any minute too, life is unpredictable.

How could max control another vehicle crashing into them. This is ridiculous. I could understand better if he drunk drove with her in the car and she died - he would bear accountability. This is about their own grief and they are unfairly punishing max. Yes max didn’t always treat Georgia well but she chose to stay - she wasn’t a child and they have nothing to do with her decisions

Georgia let Max in when it was right for her. She took knowingly a risk asking him to move back. That’s how relationships work. She only from the accident which no one could have seen.
Oh common! I was waiting to watch this today and now its postponed till 1st of June! and on such a cliffhanger!! 😫 There was so much progress with Sharpwin in the last epi and now a blockade in the name of the grandparents are here. Crush them Max and no visitation rights either.
Well that definitely changes how I think the outcome should go... how can these folks have custody when they blame Max. They will be an impediment to him seeing her at all. So sad.
Yeah the grandparents come off as assholes here, but think though. Max has been consistently late nightly, and seems to be too busy trying to save the world one stupid manic subject at a time. So busy, that he couldn't be bothered to stop on the way home, or hell, even just swipe some wipes from the hospital for his own child? And she was acting out in the daycare biting other children, getting kicked out for it.
But yeah, let's all let max keep her because next week he's gonna get all about parents rights and change hospital policy for a week before learning a lesson.
Yeah I see your point. I do hope the writers are going to properly deal with Max’s behaviour cos he has been all over the place esp this season. He does need to step up and put Luna first and he hasn’t done this up to this point. And I want him to do it, not rely on others like Helen while he goes round trying to be a saviour at the hospital every day. I really want the writers to dig into his what I would argue is a bit of a white saviour complex.

@@markwebster4883 we don't know any of that. That marriage was far from perfect and Max held on because he a good man. But he wasn't happy. People force to make marriage work and live miserable lives. It's okay to divorce and move on. Georgia and him just didnt have that wow factor they were boring to me. He loved her but they definitely didn't seem in love. Max deserves to be happy without feeling guilty. Work wife🤣🤣🤣 Sharp is endgame!!

Max and Georgia were lovely together. Frankly, it was GROSS was the show did, killing her off for literally no other reason than to clear the path for the ridiculous Max/Helen pairing down the road. I have ZERO interest in seeing Max and Helen together ever. She had FAR more chemistry with Cassian and I would have loved to have seen Daniel Dae Kim remain a more permanent fixture on the show as her love interest.
