Hi @margaretaszarka4708 thanks a lot for the compliment and for your question. The perception of fragrance is based on individual sensations. Additionally, factors such as the type of oil, the variety of oil (subtle or tart), as well as the room conditions (open or closed), along with room temperature and humidity, all play a role in terms of perception. For this reason, it is challenging to provide specific information regarding room size. Best reagrds, Lea from @ Stadler Form
@@stadlerform Those are all very valid points, however, you should note that all your competitors provide this information, so by not disclosing it, you will not only exclude your products from all parametric search engines but also leave your potential future customers in the dark about what they can expect. I had the exact same question in mind because I was looking at the MILLEFIORI Glass Sphere and the Sophie little, trying to decide which one to buy, but without this metric I cannot even tell if the two products are similar in performance or not.
@@karolylovasz thank you for your message. The question/criticism is valid. Would your rather give a possibly faulty indication just to provide this information or leave this information open/unclear. We had exactly this problem/discussion internally. So no right or wrong - just maybe. All the best from Samuel @ Stadler Form.
@@karolylovasz Thank you for your comment. Fully understand your point. Still, we weighted the impact and the effect on end users perception and decided against it (as well because to put the asterisk is not possible in every sales channel). How scents are perceived is an absolutely subjective thing and therefore, we suggest to give Sophie little a try and then use more or less drops of essential oils depending on what you consider enjoyable for you. All the best from Samuel @ Stadler Form.
Hey joemoe05, yeah of course. You can choose how many drops of essential oils to use or you can choose not to add any. The unit will still produce the nice flame effect. All the best from Samuel @ Stadler Form.
Hi @danijelamilenkovic4484 Unfortunately, we do not have a separate video for cleaning Sophie. However, we do have this older but generally applicable cleaning video for aroma diffusers czcams.com/video/IweJKmeYqVM/video.html and this detailed information on our website under Sophie in the FAQs: "How should I clean Sophie? You can clean the water container using a common household descaler. Mix the descaler with water according to the instructions on the packaging. Please do not attempt to chip limescale deposits off the membrane using a hard object. In the case of stubborn limescale deposits, we recommend repeating the descaling process several times in a row. Make sure that no water gets into the air outlet opening. After descaling, carefully rinse out the base and dry it thoroughly. The upper part made of polycarbonate can be cleaned in the dish washer." I hope this will help you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here or via service@stadlerform.com Best regards, Lea from @ Stadler Form
Yes, we are looking forward, too. The product is a blast and sells very well. We are sure, the people in Taiwan will love it! All the best from Samuel @ Stadler Form.
Beautiful product, what is the recommended room size for these diffusors? I strugle to find this information. Thank you

@@stadlerformI agree with you, but I still think you could provide at least some indicative numbers like for a room

Can you use this without the oil so you just have the slight flame effect?
