Refreshing Raspberry Mint Fizz - Cindy's Favorite Summer Drink Recipe

Hey everyone! ☀️ Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I’m excited to share one of my favorite summer drink recipes. As the weather heats up, staying hydrated is key, but that doesn't mean it can't be delicious and fun too! This refreshing raspberry mint beverage is perfect for any summer day and is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. 🍹
📝 ORGANIC INGREDIENTS:
• Fresh or frozen raspberries
• Fresh mint leaves
• Limes
• Maple syrup
• Sparkling water (or coconut water/regular water)
🍹 STEPS
• Mash the Raspberries in a bowl: fresh or thawed raspberries.
• Add Sweetness: Mix in a tablespoon of organic maple syrup (or adjust to your liking).
• Citrus Kick: Squeeze in the juice of a lime.
• Minty Fresh: Activate fresh mint leaves by clapping them between your hands, then chop and add to the mix.
• Mix and Serve: Spoon the mixture into a glass, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a mint sprig or lime wedge or both.
