That skydweller in white is gorgeous. So crisp and fresh . I just added another datejust 41 in white , love the combination of crispness fluted bezel and jubilee such a great combination ..

The Sky Dweller with its annual calendar, month indicator and GMT function is a bargain at list price. Grand complication level stuff at a fairly modest price point. Checkout a Patek Philippe Nautilus annual Day Date Moonphase and the current 14.8k list price for a SD is cheap in comparison. Plus technically It’s a Rolesor with the white gold bezel and as you pointed out that alone accounts for 2k of it’s price. Secondary market premiums, future price growth and collectability should be a category. The SD has all that to offer. It trades at such a healthy premium which makes makes it a steal if you can manage to snag one at list. I just flipped mine for a nice profit and I paid way over list just a few months back. Also your right about the new 41mm Subs. I flipped the one I recently got at my AD. Figured the mania would peak very quickly and the prices would soften. They will be a relatively common before too long. Was ultra disappointed Rolex upped the case size but that’s just me as most buyers welcomed the size increase. The watch market goes up, it goes down but Rolex just keeps chugging along. BTW I went back and watched your Grand Seiko review. I’m a huge GS fan. Incredible watches and pretty good value compared to premium Swiss. Great analysis video.

Lewis, another great video. I love the Sky-Dweller. Your ratings were very fair. There is something special about Rolex. I have a Panerai and a Cartier and I love them. I purchased my first Rolex less than a year ago and I have already purchased a second one. It’s hard for other watches to compete on value when you are buying from an AD. Keep up the great work.

It’s a pretty thick watch.... very un-Rolex. I would pass on this watch and look at their Daytona line for the type of money.
