@@Lucacy395erm. no. everyone can have intrusive thoughts. as long as they're harmful/distressing/etc. it's intrusive. they're often violent, sexual, about contamination, or something that causes the person to have severe anxiety or otherwise severely bothers them. impulsive is "haha, lol, I don't wanna do this" about something not really harmful, like cutting your hair or shoving your face in a cake. -- OCD and other conditions have more intrusive thoughts, yes, but everyone can have them and almost everyone does at some point. this could count as intrusive because they murdered someone (meaning if OP actually had these thoughts, and it distressed them, it would be intrusive), but in actuality, I don't think it's really one or the other.
I either play a really wholesome family in the Sims or a chaotic evil sim. Somewhere in between in my vampire family with the clueless sweet husband that just wants to be a chef and his wife who orders pizza so she can drain the delivery person, keeps bees expressly to send swarms after people, and once fed a woman to a cowplant for yelling at her dog.
Initially I was like, “what? You could totally marry a rich man if you wanted to,” then she said “dispose of him” and I quickly realized just what she meant when she said things she can’t do irl… 😭😭😭
I also married him once (back then i just got the 'get famous' pack). At least that was the plan. So my sim and thorne were together and I wanted them to marry. I couldn't, because he had a wife and a child (never bothered to ask him if he's single). Well shit. So, I convinced him to leave them and be with me. After that I started planning for the wedding. I usually just let my sims get married immediately, but I wanted them to have something nice. Minutes later my sim and thorne were in the MIDDLE of exchanging their vows when suddenly thorne starts laughing histerically and fking dies. Grim Reaper shows up, my sims tries to convince him to bring thorne back to life. No. Chance. Everyone's crying, eating cake and my sim never got married. Rip

Because I've seen a lot of simmers advocating for different aids in the Sims, including wheelchairs, and I've seen others say that they'd rather live out their fantasies in Sims, that they don't want to be in a wheelchair in Sims too. I say this as an able-bodied woman who is, however, the primary caregiver of a sister with an intellectual disability who is in a wheelchair. My sister says she doesn't want wheelchairs in the Sims. I figured more diversity would be better. What are your thoughts? If u don't mind sharing
