The pilot and plane comes from FAF fleet from Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland. Captain Arto Ukskoski is the pilot.
Superb pilot.
F-18 still cuts it on the agility front despite all the newer planes that have come out over the years. Same goes for the F-15 and F-16. All three will still be in service, somewhere in the world, for decades to come.

As a Finn, i've learned to love lecasy Hornet.. when it came to DCS i bought it soon as it was possible.. i just love the whole plane mostly cos Finnish Airforce fly's it to absolutly on it's limits, hence why they really are at end of their life when they get replaced by F-35.

Some russian fighter jets have double thrusted engines but that is all they have. Finnish pilotsbare very much better trained and skilful.

The in cockpit and outside cockpit videos are from different displays! 🤔 At the beginning when he's climbing he rudders left while in the in cockpit, and the outside cockpit he rudders right... Great video, I'm just saying 😁

Nope, it''s not. It's an upgraded Hornet.
That is a superhornet pilot.
Just like the F-16 got the MLU (Midlife upgrade) The hornets now also have an MLU program. Just read up on it if you dont belive it ;)
