Consider some rainx on your windows and mirrors. It comes in a yellow spray bottle. I use it on my cars, and the rain will glide off your windshield. Moving as slow as 30mph, the rain will be driven up, and off your windshield even before the wiper wipes the rain away.
How could you not take both flamingos on the road trip!? You split them up... so now you'll be traveling with a depressed flamingo. LoL. Fun viddy!

Just recently found your vlog, and let me just say how much I really do enjoy watching them. I am unable to go on vacation and watching your videos is like taking a vacation myself and I really do appreciation all the hard work work and lack of sleep that you get just to make sure that we get to watch a video everyday. Hey Adam if you're ever feeling tired during the middle of the day like that when you're driving, just pull over somewhere safe and take a nap. I've done that before on long road trips, and believe me it does help to get refreshed. Thanks for another great vid!

Former Roanoke resident here. That star is on Mill Mountain. It used to be lit up in white most of the time, but was changed to red for a day when someday died in a traffic accident. On a holiday, it would alternate between red, white and blue. Now I think it's white all the time. On the mountain near the star are a zoo and an overlook.

The reason most people have accidents during the rainy season or any storm is because they act as if the road is dry and don't adjust for the wet pavement and just keep flying low ......its get in.... start it up...and push the pedal to the floor....and get out of my way.....great vlog ATW

Realy love the sound of rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's such a cosy noise, if you are at home. It's a different story when your driving your car! Realy sad about the flamingos. They will never see each other again. :-(
I have traveled that way on I-81 South through Virginia into Tennessee, from my home in New York...on my way to Memphis, to visit Graceland, more times than I can count.......LONG DRIVE, but oh so worth it !

Awwwh Roanoke! My family is about 35 minutes outside of Roanoke in a town called Bedford so we go into Roanoke all the time. Made me home sick seeing the Mill Mountain Star on the mountain. You can go up there and see a beautiful view of the city and beyond.
I was hoping you would choose this route. The town with the hot and cold water towers is Marion, Virginia. I found my late wife in that town and lived there for 25 years. Loving these vlogs!
