It's one of the anime series my younger brother has hounded me for years to get me to watch. I did start it but got lost in the streaming services. Started on Hulu then it got taken down. Found it now on crunchy so got added to the list
In K Project series, Neco is not human, Yashiro wasn't starting to lose his memories, he lost his memories from the start, explaining why he didn't know what was going on. Also the current Red King Mikoto was not in danger. There was no war between the kings, they always clashed over time. Blue and Red were clashing this time because of the murder, but it was not a war. Also the battle does not put the fate of the world at risk, what can happen is if a King exceeds his abilities, which causes them to sorta explode, can't even take out an entire city with that.
Over half of the series (Beyond the Boundary, Black Bullet, Infinite Stratos, Brynhildr in the Darkness, and Problem Children are Coming From Another World, Aren't They) are Sentai Filmworks titles and Beyond the Boundary, Infinite Stratos (season one, only,) and Problem Children... are all streaming on HIDIVE.
the Lyrical Nanoha franchised has been underatted lately, not many people knowing about it anymore. also this year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Nanoha franchise.
i often feel these days like bloom into you has become a forgotten anime. 6 years on and not even a hint of a peep at a second season to finish the manga adaption
I watched Absolute Duo and Infinite Stratos, they were totally alpha. Although I think it was kind of annoying how dense Ichika was even though it was pretty obvious that those girls liked him. But, hey, whatever happens happens
lol pretty sure IS is a meme on most anime websites. Basically about how it's pretty trash but the MC gets a harem and doesn't know how to handle it. So any time we get an anime like that, people refer to it "like IS." Also, totally agree Absolute Duo is underrated. So is Problem Children, although it never got finished. Which is super sad.
I could be just oblivious but have you heard of an anime called the future diaries? In my opinion, it's an awesome survival anime and I feel like nobody brings it up very often.
Beyond the Boundary was definitely my favorite from the list, you won't regret watching it. BBB was beautiful and had some amazing action scenes but sometimes things went so fast it was hard to tell what was going on, still amazing and worth the watch. IS is a classic and worth the watch, would also recommend Hundred as it's basically IS if aliens invaded earth. Black Bullet deserves AT LEAST one more season, highly recommend. K project has beautiful animation and great fights. Absolute Duo was okay, it didn't feel special but it was still worth watching. Brynhild was an emotional rollercoaster and totally worth the watch. Problem children was fun and deserved more love.
I only recognised one and that's only because I rewatched it recently being infinite stratos. But thanks for the recommendations i'm definitely going to give a lot of these a watch.
Man when I saw Infinite Stratos I was so hoping you'd pull a sike and throw in Hundred. Its significantly better than IS with and not quite as dense protag and a pretty cool suit system.
Beyond the Boundary - Is actually about a guy with a Glasses Fetish simps for a clumsy Glasses girl Kekkai Sensen - K.K. is actually best girl! She is also best mom IS - Childhood friend ridges the game and gives a boy a heram. Black Bullet - The mask father guy is one of my favorite villains K - I have not watched Absolute Duo - They where force to become a couple. I remember childhood friend turned evil for a moment Brynhildr in the Darkness - haven't watched Problem Child - One of MC fought and beat a god in his first game. Minutes after arriving
0:42 Beyond the boundary 2:11 Blood blockade battlefront 3:49 Infinite stratos(Harem meccha) 5:25 Black bullet (🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨) 6:36 K project 8:09 Absolutely duo(watched it but didn't like it) 9:37 Brynhilder in the darkness(just watch it) 10:40 Problem children
Beyond The Boundary and Black Bullet are in my dvd collection. Wish Black Bullet would have gotten a second season, but from what I've heard of the manga, the story gets darker and sound like it loses some of the light heartedness that help the show be so enjoyable. Not sure I agree with calling it a lolicon show because of the negative views that have become associated with the term. It's actually pretty wholesome the relationship Rentaro and Enju have. The jokes get pIayed off very well with Enju's constant attempts at getting Rentaro's affection in that way, and they don't come off as just lewd humor for the sake of it. The scene where Rentaro scolds her for high kicking while wearing a skirt makes me laugh every single time they way she reacts and what she says back to him. I know all the others except the last one.
Forgotten? My dude, my IS blu-ray is signed by Monica Rial (Houki) and Josh - now Jessie - Grelle (Ichika). And while I may or may not possess multiple figurines of Cecilia and Charlotte, Tabanne Shinonono is best girl, TYVM. I also own Brynhildr in the Darkness on blu-ray and let me tell you, the manga is even more wild.
With the exception of "K / K-Project", I saw all of these anime, although a couple I did not quite finish. Also; while that bunny-girl from "Absolute Duo" is a crazy riot (pun intended), straight-man Kuro-Usagi from "Problem Children..." wins hands down as Best Bunny-Girl on this list.
I saw about half of Beyond the Boundary, I have seen the whole of Absolute Duo, Problem Children & the first season of K, as well as half of K's season 2, but I haven't seen Blood Blockade Battlefront, Infinite Stratos, Black Bullet & Brynhidr in the Darkness.
Happy 10 Year Anniversary this year to my favorite anime series of ALL-TIME, Brynhildr in the Darkness(2014) I still re-watch the Cult Sci-Fi Ecchi/Erotic Harem Anime Series to this day and I still love it to this day. 🥰 Thanks again 414Anime for making 4 "Top 5 facts" videos on four of my favorite Brynhildr in the Darkness Anime Girls/Waifus, Neko Kuroha, Kana Tachibana, Kazumi Schlierenzauer and Kotori Takatori. BRYNHILDR IN THE DARKNESS FOREVER 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Absolute Duo to me is in a similar camp that I put Date a Live in. Terrible anime, but its God tier soundtracks and music is a selling point enough to stick with it.
Here what I've seen. 1. Beyond the Boundary 2. Blood Blockade Battlefront 3. Infinite Stratos (read the LN but not all the way) 4. K Project 5. Absolute Duo
As a big fan of No Game No Life, I consider Problem Children to be a rough draft that should have been scrapped. While NGNL clearly establishes 10 pledges that dictate the rules of the world and references them regularly throughout the series, Problem Children features games that make little sense and seems to make up the rules of the world as it goes. Cute animal girls are the ONLY thing it has going for it.
Once again I’ve heard of all these anime but unlike last time I’ve only seen 3 of them. Seems the further back in time the less likely I would’ve seen the show. Makes sense since all these shows came out during my early anime watching days when everything looked good and I had no opinions or solidified favorites or even waifus. What a magical time it is when you’re a weeblet.
1.) Kyoukai no kanata 2.) Idk / haven't watch 3.) IS. . Ah yes Ichika the densest thing in the universe. Tatenashi nice taste. 4.) Black Bullet. 5.) Idk / haven't watch 6.) Absolute Duo. Such a cute teacher. 7.) I forgot the title of this one. But it have darkness in the title. Also one of the weird dark anime. It is good though. 8.) I forgot the actual title of this one. I think it is like Mondaiji Taichi ga isekai Kara kuro so desu yo. Also one of the most op male lead ever. But technically balanced. I guess that's it I have 2 that idk.
Haven't seen any of them yet, but I had heard of at least half of them and already wanted to see them. Now if someone would just tell me what streaming service to watch each one on; I can't afford to buy or rent them individually.
I remember when Blood Blockade Battlefront was sorta popular, hell one of it's ED's was referenced and meme'd on for quite some time. Is it really forgotten? Or more so ignored and passed by on due to so many _"modern"_ anime fans only caring about brand spankin' new anime all the time? Infinite Stratos is still considered popular in Japan. Also, bravo on adding Black Bullet, that was niche even back then. 👏👏👏 Shame it never got a continuation.
I don’t think I.S is that forgotten compared to them it was pretty good and had second season i just wish it wasn’t so suddenly abandoned, absolute duo is definitely underrated and forgotten cause sometimes I mix it up with other similar anime like hundred.
Knew all of them already Half of them were some of my all time favorite with certain one being in my top 50 favorite anime. A few would make my top 25 for sure
414 you dear sir have great taste in shows/series I’ve seen pretty much all of these shows including the ones from part 1 too. My only question is do you have a MAL account?
I'm officially too old and have seen too many anime. I've seen all of these. If I have to rate the list probably Brynhildr in the Darkness is the least known.
i have seen beyond the boundary, black bullet, k-project which is on my top uhh 4 atm it was at top 1 and current anime that holds that spot is Violet Evergarden but my top one changed like 4 times xD and thats all from the ones in the video
1. blood blockade battlefront 2. black bullet 3. k project and number four is problem children are coming from another world and these are the anime i just watch
Black Bullet is an anime I love dearly and intensely. It us an absolute cringe that it didn't get more seasons, and I have advised vinyl 7 of the LN because I hear that it stopped in the most disappointing way imaginable. My heart.... Also, I will never not cry about that one fucked scene. No one with a heart should get past it without feeling a lot of Simeon.
Absolute duo’s translations sadly got dropped after volume 6. Also IS author seems to have a mental block and has been sitting on volume 13 for a while. Anime covers around volume 6. I’m surprised I didn’t see black bullet or hidan no aria here.
Blood Blockade Battlefront is easy one of my favorite series (Love Chain 😍) while as for K & Problem Children (Bunny Girls 👍) I very much liked it, but Beyond the Boundary is on my watchlist while the rest I have to finish or have to start
For those who want an anime that has no outright wars nor fighting nor sex nor anything that would be outright for adults yet is unique and actually fun to watch that is full of action but not violence nor war. Kino's Journey and Kino's Journey The Beautiful World. Those 2 are a franchise that focuses on true action adventure and mystery but not in the outright supernatural but just mystery in its core and the core of action and the outright core of adventure. They are dam near perfect anime that are without flaws and they are done in a way that has no equal. They are not a generic type of anime. There are a few anime that have tried replicating them like the traveling witch but they are in fact a glorious anime that are above all others because they are simplistic in their premise and done so well that they defy norms of anime itself. They are peaceful but not sexual romance. They are not a sexualized anime they are simply beautiful in the purest of senses.
Blood Battle Blockade and Kproject are amazing love their animation I liked mondaiji so much wanted to read the light novel since like ngnl no seaskn 2 :( Am sad Black Bullet will never get an ending so even light novel is a cliffhanger since author dropped it but heard he went on to open a restaurant or something so glad doing well. Also thank you for saying beyond the boundary have to start that one day.
Beyond The Boundary was an anime I stumbled on with zero foreknowledge. Loved it.
It's one of the anime series my younger brother has hounded me for years to get me to watch. I did start it but got lost in the streaming services. Started on Hulu then it got taken down. Found it now on crunchy so got added to the list
I still remember watching all these anime, brings tears to my eyes to see them being remembered
They deserve the love
Blood Blockade Battlefront really needs another season, it's so underrated
In K Project series, Neco is not human, Yashiro wasn't starting to lose his memories, he lost his memories from the start, explaining why he didn't know what was going on. Also the current Red King Mikoto was not in danger. There was no war between the kings, they always clashed over time. Blue and Red were clashing this time because of the murder, but it was not a war. Also the battle does not put the fate of the world at risk, what can happen is if a King exceeds his abilities, which causes them to sorta explode, can't even take out an entire city with that.
Infinite Stratos was my top 20 anime it was 18 on the list I should watch it again for the nostalgia
Do it!!
Brynhildr in the Darkness, I actually forgot if watched it! It was great.
An amazing list, totally loved all the suggestions as I saw none of those and I feel like I want to watch most of them now
the Lyrical Nanoha franchised has been underatted lately, not many people knowing about it anymore. also this year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Nanoha franchise.
i often feel these days like bloom into you has become a forgotten anime. 6 years on and not even a hint of a peep at a second season to finish the manga adaption
I can proudly say I watched all of these and did enjoy every single one of them. Definitely didn’t get enough attention during their time.
So any time we get an anime like that, people refer to it "like IS."
Also, totally agree Absolute Duo is underrated. So is Problem Children, although it never got finished. Which is super sad.
Thank you for these lists. These suggestions really help fill the empty viewing gaps in slower and more barren seasons.
Super glad to hear they're helpful!
I could be just oblivious but have you heard of an anime called the future diaries? In my opinion, it's an awesome survival anime and I feel like nobody brings it up very often.
The best bunnygirl is Shea Haulia from Arifureta
One of the best
Beyond the Boundary was definitely my favorite from the list, you won't regret watching it. BBB was beautiful and had some amazing action scenes but sometimes things went so fast it was hard to tell what was going on, still amazing and worth the watch. IS is a classic and worth the watch, would also recommend Hundred as it's basically IS if aliens invaded earth. Black Bullet deserves AT LEAST one more season, highly recommend. Problem children was fun and deserved more love.
Who is bunny maid girl @ 0:10? Also, good to know that I wasn’t the only soul to have watched Black Bullet.
8:01 Neco best girl and you know very well why 😏
People sleeping on School rumble the FUNNIEST anime!
I only recognised one and that's only because I rewatched it recently being infinite stratos. But thanks for the recommendations i'm definitely going to give a lot of these a watch.
A recommendation of my own, beck Mongolian chop squad
Man when I saw Infinite Stratos I was so hoping you'd pull a sike and throw in Hundred. Its significantly better than IS with and not quite as dense protag and a pretty cool suit system.
You Could Add Kore wa Zombie Desu ka and To Love Ru
Beyond the Boundary - Is actually about a guy with a Glasses Fetish simps for a clumsy Glasses girl
Kekkai Sensen - K.K. is actually best girl! She is also best mom
IS - Childhood friend ridges the game and gives a boy a heram.
Black Bullet - The mask father guy is one of my favorite villains
K - I have not watched
Absolute Duo - They where force to become a couple. I remember childhood friend turned evil for a moment
Brynhildr in the Darkness - haven't watched
Problem Child - One of MC fought and beat a god in his first game. Minutes after arriving
Thanks For this! You're the Best man! Always with the culture❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
whoa - Absolute Duo was kinda one of my first animes when I started watching animes...it´s so rarely brought up as far as I´ve seen!
Watched these all bro and it brings such nostalgia been many yrs seen Ive seen these animes
0:42 Beyond the boundary
2:11 Blood blockade battlefront
3:49 Infinite stratos(Harem meccha)
5:25 Black bullet (🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨)
6:36 K project
8:09 Absolutely duo(watched it but didn't like it)
9:37 Brynhilder in the darkness(just watch it)
10:40 Problem children
Seen the majority of these. Definitely some of them are really underrated. Though some like Brynhilder, probably wrong spelling, are okish.
I've got Beyond the Boundry, Absolute Duo and Infinite Stratos in my physical anime collection
Beyond The Boundary and Black Bullet are in my dvd collection. Wish Black Bullet would have gotten a second season, but from what I've heard of the manga, the story gets darker and sound like it loses some of the light heartedness that help the show be so enjoyable. I know all the others except the last one.
Anime has been in existence for over 100 years, but only the last 20 years is memorable or any good? Bollocks!
Forgotten? My dude, my IS blu-ray is signed by Monica Rial (Houki) and Josh - now Jessie - Grelle (Ichika). And while I may or may not possess multiple figurines of Cecilia and Charlotte, Tabanne Shinonono is best girl, TYVM. Mary Macbeth/White being an anime only character in BBB made me sad
I watched everything except kekkai. Man I’m happy they are being remembered
Is anyone still watching Bunny Girl Sempai? Because it dropped 2 movie length specials since the end of the series and the theathrical movie.
Absolute Duo was far better than it deserved to be.
The author died if I remember correctly?
bro what is that supposed to mean
Happy 10 Year Anniversary this year to my favorite anime series of ALL-TIME, Brynhildr in the Darkness(2014)
I still re-watch the Cult Sci-Fi Ecchi/Erotic Harem Anime Series to this day and I still love it to this day.
🥰
Thanks again 414Anime for making 4 "Top 5 facts" videos on four of my favorite Brynhildr in the Darkness Anime Girls/Waifus, Neko Kuroha, Kana Tachibana, Kazumi Schlierenzauer and Kotori Takatori.

Absolute Duo to me is in a similar camp that I put Date a Live in. Terrible anime, but its God tier soundtracks and music is a selling point enough to stick with it.
Here what I've seen.
1. Beyond the Boundary
2. Blood Blockade Battlefront
3. Infinite Stratos (read the LN but not all the way)
4. K Project
5. Absolute Duo
K is the best anime, how he gets away from kuro at first is purrfection.
Suggestion for a Supposedly 3rd Entry: Good Luck Girl, Featuring The Best Of Frinemy’s. And great fan service…
Good luck girl is great
As a big fan of No Game No Life, I consider Problem Children to be a rough draft that should have been scrapped.

So I've seen Absolute Duo, Infinite Stratos , Black Bullet and Problem Children are Coming From Another World, Aren't They...woow.
Absolute Duo and C3 was some of the older anime I really liked. Then Escaflowne the movie and Wicked city I had on DVD years ago!
I imported the Brynhildr soundtrack from Japan for the intro and you're questioning whether we've heard of it?
1.) Kyoukai no kanata
2.) Idk / haven't watch
3.) IS. . Ah yes Ichika the densest thing in the universe. Tatenashi nice taste.
4.) Black Bullet.
5.) Idk / haven't watch
6.) Absolute Duo. Such a cute teacher.
7.) I forgot the title of this one. But it have darkness in the title.
Also one of the weird dark anime. It is good though.
8.) I forgot the actual title of this one. I think it is like
Mondaiji Taichi ga isekai Kara kuro so desu yo.
Also one of the most op male lead ever. But technically balanced.
I guess that's it I have 2 that idk.
beyond the boundary is such a banger! mirai's antics crack me up.

Infinite Stratos is still considered popular in Japan.
Also, bravo on adding Black Bullet, that was niche even back then. 👏👏👏
Shame it never got a continuation.
I've seen all of them except Infinite Stratos and Brynhildr. Of the known animes I like Beyond the Boundary best.
There's actually a lot anime that's forgotten like Unlimited Fafnir, Undefeated Bahamut Chronicles, etc.
I don’t think I.S is that forgotten compared to them it was pretty good and had second season i just wish it wasn’t so suddenly abandoned, absolute duo is definitely underrated and forgotten cause sometimes I mix it up with other similar anime like hundred.
I actually already watched all of these anime they were great childhood memories
Knew all of them already
Half of them were some of my all time favorite with certain one being in my top 50 favorite anime. A few would make my top 25 for sure
I own Beyond the Boundary on DVD so I can always watch it, that and K Way of Kings hold special places in my heart.
Amazing animes shouldn't forgotten. 😊
Absolute Duo - has best sociopathic bunny girl in anime, lol.
414 you dear sir have great taste in shows/series I’ve seen pretty much all of these shows including the ones from part 1 too. My only question is do you have a MAL account?
Black Bullet
Mondaiji
Absolute Duo
Three really enjoyable anime!
Thanx for the recoms- my binge list was getting thin!
You're so welcome!
Never miss a video! You always make My day! Keep up the good work 😊😊😊😊
You're the best!
I'm still waiting for Grand Blue to get another season. How did such a comedy gold mine not get another season?!
414, honestly, I feel like you undersold Black Bullet a bit.
great, half of those i watched when they aired. at least people remember gems suchs as K
I'm officially too old and have seen too many anime. I've seen all of these. If I have to rate the list probably Brynhildr in the Darkness is the least known.
i've watched three of the anime on this list.
Hey, 414Anime. I know a forgotten anime you should mention next time. It is called Miami Guns.
that brought back old memories , have watched all of them
I only have seen three of these. IS, Absolute Duo and Problem Children. Black Rabbit is my absolute favorite rabbit girl.
2 on the list I want to watch, 1 I've already have.
Only downside of Absolute Duo was....not enough of it!
2 out of 2 i seen them all and i like your list hope there be a number 3
Infinite Stratos
Black Bullet
Absolute Duo
brynhilr is the only one I haven't watched, will be checking it out
i have seen beyond the boundary, black bullet, k-project which is on my top uhh 4 atm it was at top 1 and current anime that holds that spot is Violet Evergarden but my top one changed like 4 times xD and thats all from the ones in the video
Is it just me or does the girl on Beyond the Boundary look A LOT like the girl from The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses?
1. blood blockade battlefront
2. black bullet
3. k project
and number four is problem children are coming from another world
and these are the anime i just watch
Black Bullet is an anime I love dearly and intensely. It us an absolute cringe that it didn't get more seasons, and I have advised vinyl 7 of the LN because I hear that it stopped in the most disappointing way imaginable. My heart....
Also, I will never not cry about that one fucked scene. No one with a heart should get past it without feeling a lot of Simeon.
Problem Children I have watched multiple times, mostly because of the Bunny girl
I’ve seen Black Bullet absolute duo and Brunhilda
You guys should watch this anime
Hikaru no Go
Absolute duo’s translations sadly got dropped after volume 6.
Also IS author seems to have a mental block and has been sitting on volume 13 for a while. Anime covers around volume 6.
I’m surprised I didn’t see black bullet or hidan no aria here.
I have seen all these and out of all of them I still hope blood blockade battlefront gets a season 3
i loved problem children are coming from another world i wish it got more seasons since the LN isn't something i can read on kindle
Only have not watch 2 on the list
Again, I missed one. Brunhildr.
I always rewatch Absolute duo
What does it tell about me that Infinite Stratos was the only one of these i knew?
I've seen them all except Infinite Stratos, Absolute Duo and Brynhildr
RE: Beyond the Boundary - No, no, I want to get behind Mirai. Because _meganekko._
Blood Battle Blockade and Kproject are amazing love their animation
I liked mondaiji so much wanted to read the light novel since like ngnl no seaskn 2 :(
Am sad Black Bullet will never get an ending so even light novel is a cliffhanger since author dropped it but heard he went on to open a restaurant or something so glad doing well.
Also thank you for saying beyond the boundary have to start that one day.
K project was the only one I could finish, I dropped the others half way through watching.
Y'all should also check out Hundred if you liked IS
