Thank you for the recap! We viewers tend to forget how much work was involved. You have accomplished quite a bit in a very short amount of time! Well done. 👍👏🏻
I love you all so much and don’t even know you. You are living my dream and I love and enjoy watching yall and I also love France. I lived there and Germany when my dad was in the army. I dream of going back one day. Keep up the good work kindred spirits. And kiss the baby for me as much as you can . He’s so adorable. I think I said that in another video lol. But I mean it. ♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🏽
Thanks for the update glad the dumper and digger are going well I'm sure you will get that tractor going. Couldn't help but notice your Australia cricket tee shirt from a granny who loves cricket and lives in western Australia 😊
@@DomaineSauvage I miss that. But I’m excited for y’all. I’m still looking for someone who may have some in my area. I’m not in the country nomore like I use to be and being in the city 🏙️ is… but i kinda didn’t have a choice because of the better healthcare I need
What a beautiful spot you guys have!...and yes lots of work just like us. Thanks for checking in. we will definitely be checking on your progress. Bon Courage!
Hey mrbloke, thx for the comment. Yeah still lots of work, especially getting the water diverted is our main issue we see now by having our first autumn/winter here. Hopefully we will be able to tackle it before next autumn/winter. Bon Courage pour vous aussi!
Hi Sandra from Australia I found your channel by chance and subscribed straight away. I have to say I’m really enjoying your videos I have gone back to the beginning to catch up. You have certainly chosen a beautiful place in France to live and raise your family. I look forward to seeing your progress in the coming videos. Thankyou for sharing your journey with us.
You chose a beautiful region of France to live in. Rolling countryside with many small streams and numerous interesting villages. I stayed in a small hotel just south of Perigeaux (east of Bordeaux). I hope you have the time to explore the area. In 2015 I spent 70 days on my motorcycle riding through western Europe. I spent extra time in Belgium (Iepers) and Netherlands (Apeldoorn ) and of course the Vimy Ridge monument. 🍁
Hey Stephen, we went to Perigeux today, very beautiful city! The Dordogne is indeed known for its beautiful picturesque villages and nature. I have been to Ieper and many grave memorials but not Vimy Ridge monument.
Have enjoyed watching your content, you guys have found such a beautiful place to make a home. I am astonished at how much Philip gets done, you definitely have a great way of doing it.👍 Odin is so lucky, he gets to grow up in such a great environment.❤
I just came across your videos a day ago &! Checking them all out! Your husband is multitalented & does everything to a high standard! Good luck-Are you going to do the Patreon? Australia 🇦🇺 My
Hey Kerry, thx for the compliments! We have a Patreon for 1$ a month if i am not mistaken and you see the videos without the you tube advertisements. The link is in the description.
Beautiful piece of land with great outbuildings. Bravo on thé progress you’ve made this far. Where are you in the South ? I am supposing the southwest….I live in the southeast and to the contrary of the rest of France, we haven’t had enough run this past Autumn and Winter.
Hello Marianne, we are south from Limoges, just in the Dordogne. We have been having a lot of rain but we chose this place because it receives enough of rain with the climate change and everything 👍
Hallo, good job 👍🏼 I signed a compromise de vente in the end of July this year but I have to wait until may next year with my start to renovate the house in the Normandie. Please can you tell me on which internet site you found all the second hand stuff and was it difficult to get the buildings permit from the mayor? Thank you for the video 🤗
I am amazed at all the two of you have accomplished in one year.

@@markellwilliams3594 Yes that is one of the downsides of being more rural.

Wow! So much change. Well done you two! I think solar power is the answer. Good luck.
Thx Kindle!! We discovered a small stream on our land which might be suited for hydro power which would be awesome together with solar!

Thanks for the recap, your first home looks very contemporary although I’m sure your new one will be even better
Oh yeah different style, but it was built eco friendly and highly insulated. We actually liked the house but not the surroundings 😅
You guys have done alot in 5 months! Congratulations on building a beautiful homestead.
Hey jenny, thx for the lovely comment! Yeah we had to do alot of clearing and cleaning before we could start.
