    Great video. Nice review of the gait patterns. Been a long time since I was in school and I needed a refresher before using the 4 point gait pattern with a client. The first time I will use the pattern with a client. Most crutch training has been the 3 point for post-op patients. Thanks!

    2 point and 4 point gait? Almost the same? .....

      Gra Ce kind of! The big difference here is with the 4 point gait only one thing moves at a time, so one crutch then one leg the the other crutch and other leg, and so on. With 2 point is goes left leg + right crutch at the same time, then right leg + left crutch.

    3 point gait pattern is used for for non weight bearing o partial WB too.
