When Wanda Maximoff fought Thanos, she broke his weapon. That weapon was made of the strongest metal in the universe.
In comparison, Captain America's shield was made of the third strongest metal in the universe, and no Avenger that has fought Cap could damage it ,not even Thor with Mjollnir.
Thanos, on the other hand, used his weapon to hack Cap's shield to pieces.
Wanda Maximoff is the strongest Avenger, and the only one that could take on Thanos, one on one, and win...
She's even stronger in the comics. In the House of M story arc, she causes every mutant in the universe, except for 199 who survive, to cease to exist simply by uttering three words "no more mutants." Thanos needed a gauntlet and still only managed to wipe out 50% - Wanda needed nothing but the force of her will, and killed 99.99999%.

Iron Man had to use the stones against the Titan. Tony is the most connected to Thanos. He says the villain has been in his head ever since the first Avenger movie. They are like yin and yang almost. Sacrificing Iron Man was the only way to defeat Thanos.

Wanda is amazingly powerful at distance but in true hand to hand combat she does lack skill. I love how they handled Wanda in Endgame, she force Thanos to kill over half his forces just so he could live. If only Black Widow had trained her in hand to hand combat. DAMN.

I like that Wanda's power wasn't reduced in Endgame. In Infinity War, she used half her power to delay Thanos with 5 Infinity stones, and half to destroy the sixth.
In Endgame, she had full focus on her powers, and Thanos didn't have a gauntlet, so of course she'd break his sword and toss him around.

It would've made more sense for them to use Wanda instead of Carol anyway. Wanda is way more powerful than she is in the film so I dont understand why they want to use captain marvel as the most powerful when they've had Wanda all this long time. Elizabeth’s accent for Wanda is the best thing I’ve ever heard.
Wanda probably has the most power yet she lacks control. She gets flustered and even though it can sometimes come in handy her emotions overwelm her and cannot fend off anyone. to be fair she has never had formal training like nat, clint, cap or anyone else. Also, other than age of utron she almost never utilises her biggest strengh: mind control. If she used it more she could take everyone withought a sweat. At the moment she could beat every avenger but doctor strange.
Also do you guys notice how she often uses her power to control other objects like cars, rocks and more when she would be much better off using it to control her enemies bodys.

Originally, in Infinity War, there was a shot similar to this during the Scotland fight where Wanda struggles to hold back Proxima Midnight (Thanos' Liutenant), showing dominance. It's strange cuz in the comics Wanda Maximoff & Peter Maximoff r the children of Magneto hence they both r mutants but the MCU Wanda & Peter are humans born to human parents but they were chemically enhanced by one of the Infinity stones as an experimental project of HYDRA which is how they formed their powers.

I love this type of power. It's so overpowered and the writers try so hard to make it lose without people arguing. Not easy. Vision and Wanda together are insane.

It's about being pro gender equality.So it basicalyl means "Women and men should have right to do any job they are good for if they like and % can be any result of how many people of those genders wantdo that job and suit that job" I know feminist, who is perfectly fine with most employees o some fields being men as she is aware that those fields aren't insteresting for average woman. On other side some fields have more females. Numerical equality would be bullshit. F.e. in my ountry nt many women goes to politics, we have very few Asians ofr Africans, and men aren't interested in pharmacy, dietetics, cosmetology and psychoology. If we set 1:1:1:1:....on every dfield and ladders' steps it would f.e. mean that woman in winning party has nearly 100% of chance to become minister, and male dietetics has over 10% chance to become lead dietetic in hospital (actually most of male dietetics don't work in hospitals, so I guess far bigger, possibly even 100%). Let's not talk about races, Africans would have 100% chance to be anybody they want, simply because there are so little of them in our country they will never reach equal number on any possible field.
