    We the people of Bengal should support in spreading the positivity and facts of our city as it will help us only. I have seen how people in South India defend their cities and that's also one of the reasons for their tremendous growth without even having as good infra as Kolkata.
    Great work is being done by this channel. We the people of Bengal should spread this positivity without being driven by “politics and agenda”. Kolkata is developing and IT companies are coming much faster than other places. Even Big Four consulting is expanding. Let us all support the growth journey as it will help us only in our growth.
    In this era of toxicity, this channel is spreading positivity!!!
    New Town infra is unmatched and Kolkata infra is much better than many top cities, be it water, electricity, roads, or street lights. We need the right marketing and PR like some of the states. More companies will come eventually by spreading the positivity. I have stayed in Gurgaon and Bangalore for so many years and I know the infra difference, if we want to be biased then its different but otherwise Kolkata has really good infrastructure but lacks marketing and PR and in a way are to be blamed for not doing enough in educating people and spreading the positivity of our city and obvious hype.

    Except talent, the fact is Bengal is lacking in every sphere required for a postive IT ecosystem. No serious long term plan , administrative hurdles on parcel of lands required to be given to IT companies, non proactive chamber of commerce, low compensation to young talents by IT Start ups , negative perception regarding Bengal , low infrastructure to list a few .
    Indore , Jaipur , Bhubaneswar these small towns are coming up very fast in IT scenario. Bengal politics is another stopper on the way towards general industrial development.
    But still we look forward for taking Bengal into a new horizon in the industrial map of the country with all positive efforts .

    Hello Rohit Sir, I would like to share an information I read from the times of india newspaper that britannia industries didn't leave bengal they are just shifting all there industries from city to outskirts due to transportation problem and expansion issue. So now they are shifting from taratala to durgapur. And hence we are proud of bengal.❤

    I believe the gentleman by the name Manas (?) talked about the closure of the Britannia Industries in Kolkata in his effort to defame West Bengal's industrial climate. He is completely wrong at least in mentioning this. Britannia is not at all closing its operation in Bengal instead making more investments as clarified by Dr. Amit Mitra, West Bengal's advisor to finance ministry. Please read the detail clarification by Dr. Mitra. After Singur incident, Tata's have made various investments in Bengal.

    • @habijabi4411
      @habijabi4411 Před 23 dny

      suggest u read actual news instead of promoting fake news like these.. Britannia has only contract manufacturing after closing Taratala, so effectively closing operations in WB... HQ, R&D all moved out of WB long long back.. Tata may have made some investments after singur but that's less than peanuts when compared with investments in other parts of India.. Google Tata's investments in GJ and Assam if u don't believe me... but something tells me u know abt these, yet u choose not to believe them due to political compulsions..

    Kolkata is still not a cosmopolitan enough city. For the IT industry to grow in any city you will need talent from everywhere and just local talent will not be sufficient. The reason why IT industry is so huge in Bangalore and Hyderabad is because of the cosmopolitan nature of the cities. Localities should be ready to accept people from outside which I think lacks in Bengal now
