Despite the weather today we still managed to have an amazing day at Walibi Belgium! The ride selection is so unique and super fun! Kondaa had quite the character arch for us throughout the day as we rode it first thing in the morning and then twice for our very last ride of the day. If I remember correctly, the Western section used to be themed to Lucky Luke, a French comic series where the baddies are the Daltons, hence the name Dalton Terror.

@@pinguinboy2008 That's very true, that's on me for mixing them up. Although, part of the blame should go to the Netherlands for starting the practice of using Holland for the country rather than the province. Walibi Holland is in the province of Flevoland and not Holland isn't it?

I was here for my bachelor party last September. Was so great to enjoy some coasters with all my friends. Hadn't been to Walibi Belgium since the mid 00's I think. Absolutely loved Pulsar and Kondaa (which I also had to ride blindfolded).

31:40 Calamity mine (along with some other Walibi Belgium attractions from when the park was still Six Flags Belgium) was actually a prebuilt coaster in RCT2! Great blast from the past.

There used to be a waterskiing cable on the pond/lake in the early 90's and a tintin themed boat ride (towed along a cable under water) and tintin themed dark ride.
Fun pilot is the most intense roller coaster in the world. If you compared to the second most intense, air grover, fun pilot would win in a landslide.
OK this one I will share with my folks "swingin human beings" Love this ❤
Psyké underground used to be the Sirocco. But on august 27 1997 it got stuck hanging upside down at the looping. People were hanging upside down for numeral hours before beiing rescued. They reopened it after a lot of inspections and got another name. But after noise complaints by people livig nearby and restyling the park, it got the factory design and the actual name
Thanks for visiting my home park. We have the best SLC that no one wants to do, the worst woodie that is extreme popular, and an Intamin mega coaster that can be family and thrill at the same time. Don't you know who Dalton is? A comic book character. 😁

Its hilarious, my Day at Walibi Belgium was so hot. Really hot. About 35 degree Celsius. And Pulsar was closed all the day sadly. It still was so amazing but if i compare my visit to your visit it feels so differen. For some reason i compare Walibi Belgium with Hot Weather

Okay so I have a theory: the scarier the name, the more harmless the ride is. Expecially if it's trying to be super extra and is called like "terror", "doom" or "extreme" etc. I mean on the other hand: smiler, superhero names and a bunch of (often harmless) snakes or similar references.

The huge ice cream comes are such a Dutch/Belgian thing (maybe even other countries but I don't know about those. Literally almost any place that sells ice cream/soft serve has that thing standing outside, sometimes they're trash cans but mostly just statues to sign that they sell ice cream I guess

Kondaa No1 in Belgium, so much more too ride 10 times in a row, as Ride too Happines.
Too bad you haven't visit Bobbejaanland aswell, they have amazing coaters and one off them is Fury.
At Fury you can choose if you want to ride the coaster forwards or backwards, it is a really awesome ride!
