Sounds Amazing Emily! Can you give me some details about the jackson neck profile your playing on. I have a Jackson as well. I had just ordered a fingerboard like that on your guitar. Are all Jackson, soloist guitars the same? Did you have any motivation done to make the neck feel better in your hands. Such as sanding and refinishing to a different shape? Such as using Boiled Linseed Oil, or Tongue oil to finish your neck? Watched some videos on the finishing process that one of these guys do. He took a profile of a guitar that he really liked and used a belt sander and a profile tool that has metal pins. He then used a pencil and marked places to remove wood after he got in the ball park. Used some filing tools called ferriers rasps. Plus some finer files and a very flat strait edge blade to scrape everything to precision. Making everything perfectly even.
