For those who don't know value, here are few facts. 8 acres GC for 40 villas means 968 sq. yards per villa. In FD, in front of US Embassy, the cost of 968 sq. yards it self is more than 15 crores. Then to construct 4,200 sq. ft villa and to maintain community facilities will be additional.
I am sure every comment is made just by looking at 13.5 crores. If you can not afford, don't think the price is illogical. It only means you are out of league. It is not meant for you. There are others who can afford it and require it and willing to buy it.
