From about 30 seconds in is where I was parked on my works van just last august while they reinforced the sea wall. See where the steps are? That’s now straight. They took the stairs away. I was told to go down at low tide only. Now I know why 😂

As kids me and my mates whenever there was a storm would walk over from north shields to tynemouth pier and play dodge the waves.
