@@itskeithnNat plus the rice was free comes with the curry and two potions of chips which don’t cost anything to make.
Chinese always works out but expensive but it’s actually kinda good value, when you think about it. Especially if sharing with family.
And if on a tight budget, you could easily share large fried rice chips curry sauce and share between 2-4 people because you really do get quite a lot in those large trays.
I used to have a chip shop/Chinese locally but they closed a good few years ago and had another Chinese local for 30 years but unfortunately, the old bloke passed away, recently.
@@grahamkelly8662 we had a good one from 1975 to 2014 when the couple retired. The people who took over have never been quite as good.

You must live near Burton then? I remember stopping in a travelodge in Burton & getting a chinese from Burton & to this day its the best chinese ive ever had. Cant remember what it was called but takeaways in your area are far better than the north east

New subscriber, good video Keith, yes the temps have dropped, just paid my electric bill off and am now debt free, let's see how long that lasts... I've not had a Chinese in over 20 years, mainly because I'm a professional chef now retired so I cook at home a lot, that meal looked tasty. Does your Nat use pure essential oils in a hot bath to help relieve pain in the back?

This is excellent to see an open kitchen and its the best kind of takeaway to buy from. An open planned kitchen and not behind closed doors so you can see everything that is going on and your food being cooked and you would also see how clean the kitchen is. This style of open planned kitchen would be good for all takeaways

Most of the prices on the menu are shockingly low - you could slap an extra £2 on each of those in my area and still call it reasonable. 😮

Oh Keith always get a cheeky chow mein so you can make chow mein butties with a fried egg with the leftovers for lunch the next day . Any other leftovers are herded into a large bread wrap and make deep fried burritos 🤤🤤🤤

Last night I got king prawn chicken chow mein and sweet and sour Cantonese style with egg fried rice . And had some last night and some for lunch today lol . All that talk in chat made me fancy one lol

great video as usual, that Chinese is pretty cheap compered to ours down south, most dishes are £7/8 each minimum.
I agree same here where I live in NJ small orders minimum 8.00 US dollars and 10+ at my local takeaway. The highest priced meal is Happy Family which has shrimp and lobster in it for 17.95

Our supermarket has their own ready to eat meals and the whole Asian dish section are very good so we know that carry out will be good and large size portions! Better than the restaurants!

Awww hope nat gets better i know after having covid nnot long ago i still have some problems went to drs and was told I've got long covid which comprises of fatigue which means i get body tired ding things not fatigue as sleepy tired but thats because of underlying conditions of asthma suxs really been offerd new vax but ive declined controversial just hope nat gets better you dont have to answer this one as i know anything to do with covid is a hot no enjoyur meal keith love the hat btw 😊

All,chinnese food from shops is the same all,frozen microwavedmand flashed fried,so am not sure how onemhis to the othermive worked in three chinnese takeaways every thing is frozen in portions they just reheat micro
