Yoooh! The way I can relate to this 😭 We decided to start a new chapter in the UK too. Because I was still waiting for documents my husband left to the UK in Dec 2019 alone with the expectation of our son and I joining shortly after, then...covid. We were separated for 13 months before restrictions lifted. The emotional roller coaster is real!! Your positivity is refreshing, and your love is so sweet! I'm so incredibly happy for you and wish you all the best on this adventure! Looking forward to supporting your journey Xxx

How come you didn't apply for the spouse visa if you don't mind me asking x
@@thandazile1672 Greaaat question - I'll try summarise it 😅 There is a financial requirement for a UK Spousal Visa and as my sponsor, the way Seth's business is set up, they'd only consider finances from the next tax year. The Spousal also takes up to six months to process so we would've looked at a LOT of time apart. I'll be applying for the Spousal in January so that's definitely in the plans :) x
