Berceuse by Franz Schubert is the first piece in Suzuki Book 3. It is a lullaby and requires a gentle approach. This previews video helps students tackle only the trickiest spots in the piece by isolating them. Typically, students will start previews a week or two before they officially pass off the preceding piece as a way of streamlining their learning. Once you get these spots down, go on to the practice and performance videos. Keep checking my blog learn2playcello... for more insights. Your videos are priceless!!! I used them with my son who is now on book 4. Now I’m using them again with my daughter on book 1.
I’m so glad to see you are making more!!! My son didn’t do as well on book 3 without your videos. We have a teacher, but the videos really help both me and my children learn the concepts.
