      @@brandonblumer5628 I did actually! I've had it about a month and could not be happier. I spent several months looking around and waiting for the right one to come across but it was well worth the wait. I got a 2012 4 door (white over red), w/ LSD and no performance pkg. Are you enjoying yours so far?

      @@spencercomeaux91 I actually didn’t pick up the car, went and looked at it for the first time in person and it had tell signs of a failing head gasket. car had original head bolts that were never replaced aswell so I passed on that car unfortunately

    Hey Bud. Been catching up on ur vids. Good job. Question. Have a 2010 E350 & have the dreaded engine light. It's a P 0456 code. How do you take the hose off the connector? Other cars have a simple wire that snaps. Mercedes have some crazy lock mechanism

    Fcp euro, what do they give you warranty on? What do you send back?
    The coin isn't bad for high miles. I'm getting a coupe and would not if I couldn't do the work myself I'm a bike head but have always loved these and need a new car. . Great vid mate

    I have a 2012 cls550 m278 engine same thing happen to me once i was low on oil I heard a ticking noise once i add a quart it went away(only ticks on cold start)

    High mileage award? I got 450k on my 2008 c350, wheres my badge mercedes. But man, you can't add all those additives together, liqui moly specifically says to only use one at a time.

    That cam adjuster noise is a problem, sure the additives might be making it quieter but you can change these out for a fair price (mine was done under mechanical warranty but it was 2 grand for both), I think it's a worth while investment, metal on metal ware is never good, plus the mechanic took pictures of the cam and lobes which was good piece of mind.
    Since mine are new I will defiantly look to adding the additive to prevent ware, thanks for the video

    now i know why you never see one on the road its a gas Gizzler its beautiful its fast but is it worth it?
    i found a 2009 c63 155k miles guy said its misfiring 1-3 cylinder needs battery an camshaft sensor his asking 8k for it also previous owner did a facelift front end. an its wrapped in black custom wheels as well.

    Damn that engine sounds smooth on start up for the milage. My m156 has a slight rattle on start up. Seems to be somewhat normal for these engines from what I've read

      mine had 100000km and it rattled due to metal in the engine. i checked the cam adjusters which was what was recommended online and that wasnt the problem.

      @@hdoublea8447 the rattling in mine was one of the cam adjusters. It completely blew and had to get towed. Thankfully that's all that was damaged and replaced both adjusters in that side of engine and no more rattle

    Damn, my diesel C320 (it has 300K km today) costs just about 40% less to run for 2 years here in eastern Europe. I change oil and filters every 10K km. Btw, you mentioned yoiu can get 8 injectors for 300 bucks, while one diesel injector costs around 350 :D. And I had to change all the 6 of them 1.5 years ago.

    i drain the oil cooler everytime.... you have to be careful as you can crack the cooler. Very easy to drain if you know what your doing,

      2011 e63 143k changed oil first time and drained the cooler, found drain plug was a little sketchy and little pieces came off

    That's a lot of money on additives. Just change your oil every 8000 KM. You are fine.

    dude the ceritec only works if you keep in for at least 10k miles, it won’t do it’s thing if you drain it at 3k, also 150k is not high miles my boy, your trippen. other than that great video and dynamic speaker

      That is only if added to the transmission fluid and I only apply it to engine oil, but that is correct.
