Sometimes the crappy repairs are my favorite. I fixed my broken window crank with a scrap piece of aluminum and some 8x construction adhesive. Half assed fully enjoyable.

Making the push bar removable was smart. Now you can fabricate a lightweight plow attachment too

I have an 81 Dodge D 150 long bed step side that I lowered about 6 inches because if I didn't I was going to have to buy new front springs and all of the rear spring mounts and I'm too cheap to do that when I have a welder, torch and lot's of grinders and cut off wheels! The truck is a beater but I got it from a friend that passed away within a week of selling it to me so it has a lot of sentimental value! Plus after my Grandpa passed away we found a whole bunch of old shovel's, axes and picks. I had recently knocked a park light out while pushing old cars around at my shop and I took a good look at two of the picks and decided to weld them to my front bumper to protect the front of my truck! They work perfectly with with small 14'' tires hung on them!

I never towed anything with my 91 Corolla, but I DID(at 60 MPH) push an 05 Blazer out of my way when he ran a Stop sign. I wouldn't recommend you try this at home. 😎
I spent the next 4 months in a hospital with 2 broken legs, broken collar bone, one broken rib and a slight(wife may disagree about the 'slight') head injury, but hey, I did save the alternator just in case I might need it some day. 🤣🤣 Wish I could share a picture.

@@PuddinsFabShop Then I was sued by the hospital for $300,000 because my insurance company said "I went out of network". Problem was, nobody 'in network' could do anything for my right leg, cept to cut it off, and my daughter said "No WAY". That took 2.5 years to get paid off, and cleared up.
Well a highlight is seeing ol’ Puddin’ running through the “Port” soil of Oklahoma👀. It’s slippery stuff and you don’t want it on ya or drag it through the house. Good stuff
