Hi Salim Bhai I appreciate your efforts and wanted to share some inputs which might be helpful
1) Lookin for a property which is within budget and also meets your future requirement example 3-4 bhk or a villa you can also have a dedicated office space secluded inside the same
2) With regards to data storage as Shafiq mentioned you need to have a NAS which is expandable and also gives feasibility to access your team from anywhere (ensure to have restrictions). The same NAS can be placed in your new office space which you will soon have
