I have the same 4 drawer packout, and my bottom drawer tends to drag a bit also. The reason being is the newer models have a metal bar across the bottom for improved rigidity, were as the previous models don't.
That makes sense, I’m sure they will fix it in future.
Do you think M12 power tools like the ratchets, stubby impact, and drill will fit in these drawers?

That’s mostly what I am gonna use it for and will say it has more room than I expected once I put drawer deciders in and started adding tools.
