Aside from Flip, I think there's a pattern of Host/ Cohosts being reductive while she speaks on a topic; i.e. lowering caps, putting on shades, body language, heavy sighs and eye rolling...ya'll are blurring the lines between COE and personalization. I'll refrain from labeling it "manipulation', "gaslighting", "disrespect" & so on, and just share, supporting Mel's academic brain, reasoning, communication and language skills only adds to the show and doesn't take away. This podcast continues to make podcasting history as a team, so the dry hating ya'll display is silly.
