He was found "not guilty" in 2012 because of an antiquated law in Massachusetts vacating verdicts if the person dies during the appellate process. Court reinstated the guilty verdict in 2019
I'm going to stick with the 2012 vacating verdict.

I really do like Ms. Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez for not only her beauty, but also for her brilliant mind, and the ability to care LESS about what others feel about her, and that her primary concern is the love for her daughter.. I also have borthers and sisters who I have not gotten along well with, and it doesn't really bother me, because life goes on and I have my life to live, same as Ms. Shayanna Hernandez. As long as I have a very good pension and financially independent, Excellent health without any disabilities or deformatives, people who don't like me can all go to Hades, and I can care less. That is what I got from this interview regarding her relationship with her sister,as well as Aaron Hernandez's family whom she has no close relationship, and care less about it..

I listened to her and I found her very removed, she’s not hesitating with her answers but shes evasive it may be that being together so young that she was manipulated and fit into his world, If I was not comfortable with my partners choice of friends because I felt they were from Dodge City they would not be welcome in my home I certainly would not cook for them, so he would have to meet them in some pub or venue, the other issue the allegations of him being gay, once again cool as a cucumber we discussed he denied I believed moving on. No No No as a partner and this was alleged I would freak out and I would address that issue over and over so shes not speaking her truth, maybe because of her daughter She’s just off

Not good to have negative people in her daughters life, even if they are family members.. I was raised by only my mother, and not by other family members, and i turned out just fine with a great life.. Always avoid negativity even when it is in the families.. Shayanna is a very beautiful and thoughtful minded woman..
I think Shay is awful two faced. If Shay feels Aaron shouldn't of been found guilty then why did she give testimony for Ursula and helping to send Aaron away for life? I don't think Shay understands the damage she did.
