In this video I'll be sharing Hyderabadi Khichdi Khatta Kheema Recipe by Norien Nasri
Khichdi Ingredients
Oil 30ml
Caraway seeds (Shazeera) ¼ Teapsoon
Cardamom 2-3
Cloves 4
Onion 1
Salt 2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Rice half kg
Masoor Dal 200gram
Water 1.5 liter
Coriander leaves 4-5 teaspoon
Mint leaves 8-10
Green chili 2
Kheema Ingredients
Oil 15ml
Onion 1
Mutton Minced (kheema) Half Kg
Curry leaves 4-5
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoo
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Salt ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander leaves 4 teaspoon
Green chili 1
Til Ka Khatta Ingredients
Roasted Til powder (sesame seeds) 5 teaspoon
Mint leaves 6-10
Garlic paste 6-7 Pieces / ¼ Teaspoon
Green chili 3
Coriander leaves 4 teaspoon
Tamarind lemon size
Tamarind water 1 cup
Salt half teaspoon
Cumin ¼ teaspoon
Oil 15-20ml
Dry chili 2-3
Curry leaves 5-6
Onion 1 medium size
