We have concocted for you a recipe synonymous with simplicity and deliciousness! This recipe, as simple as it is quick, is made with basic ingredients. I love this simple and very tasty cake and I prepare it several times a week in different variations, but the base is the same. This recipe is a real delight and will delight the taste buds of all your guests at snack time or breakfast
📌The ingredients (28x18cm)
◼ 3 eggs
◼ Pinch of salt
◼ Sugar 120g
◼ Oil 120ml
◼ milk 150ml
◼ Flour 300g
◼ 1 tablespoon of baking powder 15g
◼ Apricots
◼ Apricot jam
Cook for 35-40 minutes at 175°C
