Hello i noticed that otoplasty widens the face of people is this true? i know it literally doesnt but does it give the impression of a wider face? if your ears stick out it makes the face appear thinner so if its pinned back it gives face more full feeling am i right with that thinking?

Actually it doesn’t. Prominent ear correction improves the ear shape and position of ear on the face. It is often done to pin back and reduce the size of the ear.
