I'm allocated in project for support role in manual testing since June 2022. After end my training I joined project in June 2022 but still I'm non Billable. I'm working since 6.5 months now but they are not billable me. They still keep me as non Billable.

In BU interview, Manager will ask to you questions like which type of project you prepared (domain and skills specific), What did you learn from that, etc all general question only.

Talk to your manager once. He will give you clarity on that. If that was just a dummy(reference) project and you are not getting an internet allowance that means you will not be assigned to that project.

Hello Madam.. I got offer from cognizant last month GanC developer, my Background verification also completed.. But my Pre joining formalities are in progress.. But why madm?? One week back I got one mail from GenC support team.. Your lined in before September onboarding.. Please submit your pending certificate's.. But I'm already submit my all documents.. And complet My 17 tasks..
I have one doubt madam ones accept offer they will give DOJ or not ??.. CTS have termination policy are there??

Its ok It happens once. Whatever they sent in mail to you about pending certificates you just provide that. and no after this there is no termination in 99% cases.

@@rashmisinghcsr working mode will depend on the project. We now have hybrid method, some will work from office for 3 days rest wfh, others complete WFH and for few it's always working from location.
And training is always work from office, recommend.

@@CB-wl6eq not for GenCs, in most of the locations they are taking training from office. And now RTO is happening for Interns too from 11th July.

@@abinashkumar1533 both are good at their own place. In data integration you will be specialized in this field but in full stack you will learn all but not in that specific depth. In both areas growth is the same. You can go with anyone.
