I love how he still saved her, knowing she might not be the Aeum, then revealing afterwards that she is really Aeum, breaking the kdrama cliche which they mind fvck us if the lead is the reincarnated one or not.
nah the cliche that the main character is the reincarnated one (and the similar trope of destined since childhood) always reigns true lol
@@sharonli8443 well it is true that it is cliche when the main lead fall in love again in the reincarnated one, thus history repeats itself but in TONT, the guy saved the girl for who she is not because she is the reincarnated one, it shows that he cared for her enough to save her. Even though she displays some characteristics of Aeum, he did not remember/recall them when he was on the bridge, with lots of pain.
The process in their love story is smooth, not like in other kdramas wherein the lead falls/care for the reincarnated one because of her face etc. Then suddenly, the reincarnated one appears and fvked their love story. 💀

From my understanding, Ji A is Aeum right? When her tears elluminate something, just like when Lee Yeon giving his bead to Aeum. What making me confuse is, why he said she's not Aeum twice? Is it because he can only know when she started to fall for him?🤔
It's because he tried to check if it was her before but he didn't see the light (sorry don't know the exact name) that he gave her so he thought she wasn't her. I guess he would only be able to see once she started care for him. Idk, well need more explanation for that.

she might not be blamed for but I don't like the character Ah eum. Though Lee yeon kept saying that he didn't abandon anyone but in reality he did abandon his brother, his friends and also his position as mountain god! All this was because of her. I feel sorry for lee rang who didn't hesitate to sacrifice his life for yeon.
Moreover Aheum made yeon fell for her at the first phase by keep coming to him!
