What's funny is this is probably the few AC games where so much love was put into it. It's not the best, but you can tell they cared unlike Odyessey and Valhalla.
I too love Unity, but Mirage seriously? Odyssey... Valhalla... Black Flag... and you feel the DLC Mirage tops that list? No.... Basim is so boring! The game is so bare thread, simple and short. For me Mirage is below most of the AC series. It was obviously a DLC they decided to release separately - but I don't think it deserved that at all.
They didn't do well on changing more gameplay and old realistic story got to designed the AI of technology with something different from PS5 to Xbox series
Yes. But, the parkour is HIGHLY HIGHLY compensated by the level design. You really need to play the game to truly get the full feel if it's good or not. I love the game
I loved this game as a whole for what it was, what ubisoft attempted with it. They arced with origins and odyssey with the graphic open world rpg, swung a bit too far, tried to reign it back in with Mirage and went too far in the opposite direction. yes the story is short, yes Basim could do with more characterization and connecting him more to the world hes in. Give him the level of personfication Bayek was given. And so many little nitpicky criticisms. But you can see just how much the whole team, every actor to musician to artist to dev loved and cared for it. Maybe its not AC1, but its not trying to be. Comparing the efforts of the team to a game that came out almost 20 years ago is unfair to the work put in. Dont trash a game just because its not a carbon copy of another. No other ac game will be like the others. thats the point.
I am so disappointed with this game. I am nearly crying so disappointed i am the more I play. It is a RPG game in the shell of an old ac. The first two and the last two hours are the best the rest is just boring

I didn’t do the last episodes but I have quite fun with this one and exploring the game with the Arabic voice over is really a nice addition

The fighting sword’s is trash

They never made a great AC after Black Flag. There have been some decent ones since but none as good
