I love both sims, MSFS for the looks and xplane for the feel of the plane. In xplane you can feel the weight of the plane for some reason and in MSFS you can’t.
But the scenery in MSFS is 100 times better..
Fr. I want a MSFS/Xplane merge. Amazing graphics and scenery from MSFS but then good plane physics from Xplane-11
Literally can make the plane feel heavier by changing sensitivity and curve of input.
curve is just a way to coverup that MSFS is just a bad physics engine, if it even is one.@@Mr.Cheeseburger24
I like flight simulator better
@@Mr.Cheeseburger24blows my mind when I see people comment shit like that😂😂 wtf do you mean the plane feels heavier? There’s no force feedback
MSFS, the plane was light as a feather. In X-Plane 12, the plane simulates weight pretty well.
They were literally the same
@@aviation5927 For me it doesnt even float
@@aviation5927change the sensitivity
@@Londres104no they weren’t
An astounding point for the Zibo is that it's free. A purely passion project mod that is better than a number of payware aircraft I've tried and is constantly getting updates. The fact is can stand up to the PMDG, which is highly lauded among the MSFS add-ons, is impressive in itself.
Zibo's handling and Physics are just way beyond what pmdg did.
I love both. Pdmg looks a bit better but the zibo 737 "feels" more realistic. I use both x plane 12 and msfs. Both have their merits. ( I'm a RL pilot so i can compare😅)
I love both X-Plane and MSFS but I think I like MSFS more because they have more familiar addons like PMDG or A2A. But, man! I was completely blown away with Zibo. Reminded me of PMDG while I was using it. For a freeware, I was completely blown away by how complex and realistic it was.
zibo for sure, PMDG has always had a kind of lackluster cockpit visual
Not sure what is better really. Xplane feels realistic but sometimes the turbulent shakes feel programmed. Msfs is nice but sometimes feels a bit like a rail. Realistic airplanes?, I dont know. People complain that a knob is slow moving then its speed up with programming and becomes unrealistic.
Msfs bit more floaty, xplane has more weight when go down
Realistic ground effect, physics & flight models. Something that MSFS can’t get right.
@@ChrisKempczinskiMcD Depends on if you’re looking for looks or you’re looking for physics. I choose realistic physics over graphics any-day.
@@ChrisKempczinskiMcD also I just honestly recommend you get a machine that can run X-Plane properly and you won’t have any of those issues.
@@ChrisKempczinskiMcD Now, how in the world are you only getting 20fps?? I have a 2060 super w Ryzen 5 2600 I’m consistently hitting 70+ fps on all sceneries (some dips to 50 if I’m in a heavy VATSIM server) There should actually be no way you’re getting 20 fps. That’s so weird
@@ChrisKempczinskiMcD Also, for me, all runway signs are clear and readable, not sure what’s going on there either.
People applaud MSFS 2020 for the visuals and people applaud X-Plane for the realistic physics simulation, it's as simple as that. Worth nothing that XP is FAA-certified, well, the pro license is, but according to Laminar the home version is not even that different, just a couple of miscellaneous hardware-related settings missing.
No denying that people would rather choose MSFS 2020 for the overall realistic experience though, even I would want to fly on MSFS 2020 but I can only afford XP11 for now and I don't complain.
FS ok But Zibo just in cockpit looks alone is stunning.
Zibo destroys PMDG, PMDG is essentially the same aircraft as in FSX, ported over.
Untrue, I think you just like to hop on the flight sim and pmdg hate train. I will say PMDG has been getting worse, but their aircraft are peak quality
@@aeronaut1906 not true sir. As a developer I do know how these aircraft are made. Regardless of which sim they are in.
@@emmabentley7945 zibo and pmdg are great, you say you develop these aircraft but i think its bias from somebody else's opinion. They are both incredibly system deep and comparing them is useless
i think zibo wins because its just so much cheaper
No wonder why the pmdg of fsx shares similarities with the one of msfs...they are supposed to simulate the same plane in real life. Also msfs has been created with fsx even though they dont use the same engine.
Amazing
X plane 12 the plane physics feel more realistic then msfs for example when u land slightly hard the plane landing gear goes into the plane if you know what I mean
Same thing in msfs
Physical Xpl12. graphics msfs
Satisfatory land
Flying in MSFS feels so disgusting. Like I'm wearing a thong or something. Even on the ground the aircrafts feel like they're flying.
😅
MSFS fight models are dog shit, if you want realistic physics and flight models go XPlane. A version of xplane has been accepted by the FAA for actual instruction, MSFS is a fuckin video game. X plane is a Simulator
Still better than xplane
@@burgadahz17Definitely not.
@@burgadahz17xplane better physics…
If you are going to compere Zibo and PMDG 737. You must use P3D for PMDG, because MSFS nerfes the PMDG`s performance so hard from what it is in P3D.
then its p3d vs xp, 5 year old battle when v4 was a thing, + why cant pmdg use external app for physics like fenix did?
@@lordmessing1724 Idk, but the pmdg physics in p3d > everything
@@lordmessing1724so they can reach the Xbox market too
i like both
Finally someone who has a brain
Me too, really depends a lot on the plane I want to fly. But at the moment, I’m more invested in XPlane. But for the planes that I have mostly
BRO THIS IT'S GAME OR REAL LIFE 😲
its a game bruh its called msfs and only for xbox and 47 dollars oh i forgot and pc and u need a setup for it like a throttle or joystick cuz i have it tho
I wanna play x plane now so badly
I have both, the zibo flight model is a way better, the inertia, the flare, the friction and so on... No need to compare that much, I guess it's not the same purpose for both. No need a radar included in the PMDG, on MSFS just because there's no danger in msfs skies, still you can fly a PA28 through heavy TS, or CB, no turb like flying on rails which unfortunately kills the realism drastically, knowing that the weather and its danger is one of the corner stone in RL and so in XPlane for the sake of realism... Anyway the idea here is to feel some pleasure for both of them, even if I don't fly msfs anymore because of the lack of realism, no turb in clouds, no TS, no dangerous CB based METAR/TAF, no up/downdraft when I fly msfs it feels like I am in a beautiful arcade game, but it was fun and enjoyable... In Xplane I can create FP like in real based on the condition weather of the day even the danger of the skies that could be encountered so flying a B737 PMDG in CAVOK without real CAT in msfs as if she flies on rails, yeap only for fun, let's put that way! ;-)
MSFS And X Plane colaboration my dream
only thing better abt msfs is graphics, other than that x plane on top. this why real pilots train with x plane
Wrong
@@burgadahz17he is right xplane is even certified by FAA to be used as a training tool with proper hardware. Guess what MSFS isn't
@@greenesyt563 And because a certificate paper says so, will it automatically make it a better simulator?
Dont make me laugh
@@burgadahz17 Getting certified by FAA isn't a small thing they definitely saw the potential in the sim.
@@greenesyt563 i dont care about that at all, for me msfs is better in a general aspect and It is
I like msfs, but I’m forced to get x plane cause it’s the only one available on Mac…
Get a windows PC
@@highaltitude787 I spent 2.9k on my Mac though…
Xp is a great game,it's not the best in everything but it's still really good
Sell it. But a PC.
@@bobbyrutz9402 I don’t think I can, it’s a little old now. It’s the M1 Pro, really expensive, I think I could buy a pc and joystick with the money but now it’s too late to sell it…
I am new on XP12.
how to get cockpit view like that on XP12 ?
Shift+9 and you need the Zibo 737
Bro I am sad I can’t even play MSFS because I don’t have any storage to play it
I would think x plane is real
X-plane=better aircraft’s, msfs=better scenery
Every little boy in this comment section:
No pmdg is the best🤓
Nah zibo is better💀
Me: its the same
Clearly the zibo is much better.
Love x-plane
Zibo has better systems and visuals
Both are the same
No way, pmdg has better systems and visuals
I prefer x plane 12
What airport is this? plz
In the title my friend
@@CSTGaming yeah i just figured that out, sorry for wasting your time 😅
@@spihnelehss all good. Not wasting any time
Microsoft I have to say it 😂
MSFS is better, looks ore realistic
Not in physics.
Msfs is much better...for me...because...we can choose DIFFERENT AIIRPORTS IN THE ......msfs
Microsoft flight simulator i have it
Msfs is better
Def msfs
Microsoft best
X-plane12 is better because you can actually have crashes and failures
WTF? You can in MSFS as well there’s options in settings to turn them on
Msfs has failures as well
if fs 2024 simulated ground effect, ect it will be the best flight sim ever made if it isn’t already
they need to work on numerous other aspects before it can claim that title
@@ThatPilotKyle agreed
Msfs is getting a bit boring bc theyre updates are a bit not like flights but remember that quadcipter n sandstorm veicle?
Its a bit. To futuristic
X plane way better
XPlane looks shit. It's obsolete and devs have abandoned it.
No lol, the updates will come soon, like 12.1.0 which is mainly graphics related so, although I can agree with the graphics being terrible in xp but remember MSFS already has their own scenery (bing maps), xp does not.
Here is more info on the 12.10 update if you want to look more into it:
What’s new in X-Plane 12.1.0 - oh boy… | X-Plane
MS fly-sim is a toy: nice for kids and other/Xplane: our objective is to practice
xplane overdark cockpit =/
I heard on a Q8Pilot stream yesterday that this issue will be worked on for the upcoming release of X-Plane 12.0.8. For more info do a search for: "Coming in X-Plane 12.0.8 and beyond - Roadmap Update"
Btw it is fixable
The Cockpit in MSFS isnt realistically lid either. The outside would be way brighter in reality than the panel if you would take a picture at that position. Its evenly lid for player convenience.
pmdg better
People still play this 1980’s graphic game😂
PMDG. X-Plane is just a waste of resources that could be directed toward products for MSFS. 😊
PMDG autopilot is missing brain cells…
damn msfs is better
They both the same
in graphics.. xp12 is better in everything else though.
@@51qf325not true, I’m not saying MSfs is better, I’m saying MSfs is better in more than graphics.
@@51qf325 Yeah, I agree
Xp12 looks like a$$. It CAN feel a bit more real once in a while. But the weather, antialiasing, countless bugs and the fact it looks like FS98 just break the immersion for me in 2023. Xp was always my preferred sim but they are so out of touch now and it’s pretty much unusable for me at this point. Sad..
You’re talking about release version of xp12. After all updates that was uploaded since release, xp12 looks great, I can show the obvious difference between those versions of xplane. It becomes better and better. Even now you can fly in it without any discomfort but with better graphics and physics then the x-plane 11 has.
Nonce
x planes1 12 is way better
X plane is better
